She is so warm and always happy. She felt like a trustworthy friend after just one visit! My dentist was Dr. Bucker and the experience was always very pleasant. Thankfully, I didn't need any actual work done so our time together was limited, but, if I did I would have 100% confidence in Dr. Bucker. I recently moved out of the area and just had a terrible experience with one of those "chain" dental groups. I felt homesick for this dental group immediately. The store is well organized with staff walking around constantly asking if you need help and giving you shopping bags for your items when you walk in thinking you're just getting one bottle of soap and 10 minutes later you have eight 3-wick candles, 6 bottles of hand soap, 6 bottles of body wash and room fragrance spray you don't need but also, really do need. They have great sales and this is my go to store when I want to buy gifts for the holidays. They have something for everyone, even the men in your life. Their body wash is not cheap, $12.50 per bottle,which won't last too long, but they also run a buy 3 get 3 deal, so that helps justify the price. In addition, they usually have additional coupons floating around that help lower your total as well. One staff member in particular, Lindsay, was really exceptional the last time I was in here. She couldn't have been friendlier and accommodating to all of the coupons I was presenting at the counter. There are so many people working in customer service who shouldn't be so it goes a long way when someone actually cares about their job and the guests coming in. In the interim, we had to send out to India to get my daughter's asthma medicine while my husband's new job kicked in for his benefits. When the aetna benefits came, we immediately went to pick up the prescription from our normal pharmacy at JC but were told that there was a problem with the ins and we had to wait until the next week to get it straightened. We were panicking as the last shipment from overseas hadn't come in on time. We called the pharmacist at Binghamton and he was amazing. He did some investigation for us and found that our new ins went through a thrid party for prescriptions then went out of his way to find the group number to use. On top of this, my husband's new employer submitted the date of birth backwards; something so little but that pharmacist caught it after looking up our old insurance we had at walgreens. It took him three different calls on and off for some hours and a lot of extra work for him. We will always be indebted to him for that as he literally saved my daughter's life. He changed it manually in the system and did this twice until the place my husband worked would finally get it changed in their system (what a nightmare). They are always so friendly, helpful and worth the extra drive. On top of this, Walgreens is now my go to during the coronavirus (Johnson City and Binghamton) as they are implementing stricter guidelines for wearing masks in the store and it's the only place I feel relaxed and safe enough to get anything in person right now. Rarely do they seem to run out of products, and they have a huge variety of brands that are both high-end and drugstore. The process took over 2 hours and she took her time and didn't rush the process. She answered all my questions and recommended products to use specially for my type of hair. In my opinion the price was reasonable and because it was my first time I received 25% off. The balayage highlights ended up turning out better than I could have expected and I will definitely go back in the future.
