This shopping center spans quite a bit of ground and there are a few different sections of it. On one end past Clemens Road is a Dunkin Donuts, then across the street there is a side entrance where you get to the first section with a stripmall with the Pizza Pub. Then there's the Shoprite (which I personally worked at for nearly 8 years), then there's a Lowes, Univest Bank and Autozone in the next section. Then past this section is the main entrance with a light (leading to the start of Welsh Road) and then there's the Wawa, Chick-fil-A and the newly built Freddie's (a custard and steakburgers joint) and a Firestone. All in all it's not a bad shopping center and it has the basics of what you need but the spread apart layout is a bit confusing as it is all part of the same expansion plan for the shopping center. It's in convenient for me as I live 5 minutes down Allentown Road, and I do believes it's worth a visit.

Throughout the year, this shopping center has been undergoing renovations which has been going very well. I liked Ralph's Corner before the renovations and now it is even better! There are two major exits, one right only onto Forty Foot Road and one with a light on Welsh Road. Also handy is a road that goes around the backs of the stores to loop around the entire center, it is very handy to avoid most traffic. All in all it's a great shopping center that just got greater!!

Upper Dublin Shopping Center is located off of Welsh Road in Willow Grove Pa. They also have a bunch of smaller businesses here too! I first stopped here 3 years ago when I went to the DSW to get some new shoes. The shopping center is fairly straightforward to navigate, and there are 3 different entrances onto Welsh Road. The exit on Twining Road has a light, which helps for leaving. It's a decent smaller shopping center in Willow Grove, it's worth checking out.

I can say it looks like a nice shopping center and is conveniently placed next to Route 309. What makes this shopping center interesting is it's lack of big name chains/stores, the biggest ones being McDonalds and a Dunkin Donuts. It has alot of smaller stores and eateries, which isn't nessecarily a bad thing. Last year I went to the Iron Hill Brewery and I loved it, so maybe there is more to.this shopping center that meets the eye. You just have to look for it!

It also breaks the 'strip mall' vibe by having several restaurants and a movie theatre offset to the main drag so there is a lot for entertainment and shopping. I would say the downside is the parking lot. The main line through it...meanders. It's the only word to describe it and this can be a little annoying when trying to drive through. I think i is someone's design to be more park like and avoid ridged straight lines but it means that in several cases lines of parked cars meet the main drag at odd angles sometimes making right of way somewhat ambiguous. also there is little in the way of a safe path to the buildings set away from the main strip so it can, in he evening especially, be a little difficult to get from one area to the other.

It has a recently rennovated AMC 309, an Olive Garden, The Greene Turtle and Firebirds restaurants, Staples and an Aldi to name a few of the big attractions. It is also conveniently located before the intersections of Route 309 and Welsh Road with exits onto each road. I would recommend checking this shopping center out for the stores, but be wary of the parking lot and layout of it.

The parking lot is smaller and narrow and can get a bit confusing at time, and it can be a pain if it is really busy. Still, it's not as bad if you dont mind a bit of a walk to whatever store your going to. I dont usually use the main entrance, but the side entrance onto Route 113 with the light is a life saver. I would recommend checking out the the variety of stores (as there are many more beyond what I go to) but be wary about the parking.
