Montgomery Square is a shopping center located in Montgomeryville Pa, in between two major roads,…read moreRoute 202 and Route 309. There is a main entrance on Knapp Road (the road that connects the big Routes) but that can get very busy. There is a entrance only coming from Route 309 and exit only near Route 202 as well. Now for the stores itself. This shopping center has some big names including Giant, Michael's, Gabes, Bed Bath & Beyond, Barnes and Noble and an Applebees. There is also an Americas Best glasses and contacts place). Overall, it's a very awesome shopping center with some pretty neat stores. The parking can get a bit confusing and cramped in areas but there is plenty of it. It's worth a visit if you are in Montgomeryville!

It's only a half hour from King of Prussia, which does not help. There is a large amount of parking, but on a busy day you might have to walk a little bit further. The mall is three stories and anchored by Macy's and Bloomingdale's, along with various other stores in two re-developed anchors. The interior is very nice and clean. The available stores, for being in what is considered an upper tier mall, are just ok with a lot of stores you can find in most other malls. There's also more vacancies, local stores, and temporary stores then you would expect, to the point they would add up to about a whole floor. Tilted 10 as an arcade is just ok, but not as impressive as a Round1, with both being expensive. Primark's not bad as a clothing option. Willow Grove does have an outstanding food court that was very busy during my visit. You basically couldn't get near Chick-fil-A with the line they had. They also have The Cheesecake Factory in one of the re-developed anchors. If this mall were in another place, like Harrisburg, it would be an outstanding regional mall that would attract shoppers from hours away. Can I tell you that Willow Grove with worth going out of your way for a visit? Not really, not right now at least.

If you don't pay SUPER CLOSE attention to the wording, they will charge more. There is a sale now that if you buy two Marzetti dips, for $6.00, you get a free bag of baby carrots, normally $1.89. Their regular price for one dip is $3.99. I bought two dips. At home, we checked the receipt. We were charged for the carrots, AND charged $3.99 for one dip. I returned to the store and they merely gave me the difference back, and said that some of the different types of dip were not included in the offer, and that negates the lower price, and negates the free carrots as well. They admitted they put the dips in the wrong rows (though they had the specials listed in every row!). In that same trip to the store, We bought a pineapple, which in the sale was 2 for $5.00. We were charged $2.99 for one. I have had this type problem with them before. Most customers do not notice the charges on their receipts. The checkers often do not remind people to show their member cards, and it results in higher costs. We will never go to a Giant supermarket again, even though one is close to us.

There is also a Dollar Tree, Heavenly Ham, a McDonalds (that's been around for agess) a local bank, and a Chinese restaurant. It's nice that it's here for locals to use, but there are better, slicker, newer, cooler hipper places to shop nowadays.
