We tend to visit Peddler's Village during the holiday months but we prefer this cute little village over any other. Stores for every type of person and some you'd be surprise to purchase from. All sorts of snacks and home made items to look at and purchase. The arcade/kid drop off area is really great with an indoor merry go round. An open shopping center consisting of various shops, restaurants and cafes in new hope PA. It is lit up around the time of the holidays and they have ice sculptures and fire dancers . They have stands that sell hot cider and certain foods as well. It is very beautiful and enjoyable esp during Christmas / new years to go through the market and see all the lights/ decorations . My family and I love visiting Peddler's village during Christmas time. It's become a family tradition where we head down for a weekend. There is a lot to experience at Peddler's Village especially during the holiday season. As you stroll the village, you will feel like you're emerged in a Hallmark holiday movie. All the stops are pulled out for holiday decorations. You immediately feel in the spirit. There is a lot of shopping with unique gifts. There is also a winery and excellent restaurants. One of our favorite things to check out is the gingerbread house contest at the visitor center. Peddler's Village is an excellent place to visit with your family or friends to create lasting memories. What an absolutely adorable place to stroll. Today I got to see the wonderful sand sculpture display!! There were six so it made a wonderful little treasure hunt! How wonderful to see the skill and talent of these 3 artists (world-renowned master sand sculptors - from 360 tons of sand) Each sculpture is story book themed. Dreamy and splendid beyond words! (Free + open to the public through August 31, 'Stories in Sand'.) Adorable little village setting with her Watermill charms in gazebo overlooking such a beautiful flowering lawn. When I went, it wasn't so busy. Absolutely serene and beautiful. Great service in so many of their shop, so I went into . I've been here before I think in 2019 with my parents to Peddlers Village. This New Year 2024, I came with my parents and my boyfriend George. We came the day it was so cold, the coldest day of the year basically, "Bad Idea.", The Fire and Ice Show was Okay. They have it once a year around this time. If you haven't been here. It's nice to come with friends and family just to experience it. Everyone here in the store were very nice and polite. If you love seeing little nick nacks and clothes and other stuff, Peddlers Village is the place to visit. We enjoyed our visit to Peddler's Village. We were in the area and saw that they were advertising Christmas crafts and lights so we decided to give it a shot. They had plenty of stores of all kinds. Some had great deals while others not so much. Regardless it was nice to go into the various stores and browse. They have several restaurant options as well. Plenty of parking areas. Many of the other reviews speak about the great holiday light display but we went too early to see any of the holiday lights. Need last minute gifts for a baby? Get it here. What if it's cold and you forgot your hat? Buy one, so many to choose from. Lost one of the glove your friend lend you cause you forgot your own? You'll get that lost glove back again cause the businesses here are responsible, down to earth and extremely helpful. This small town feel in a mall is unheard of. Outdoor; clean, with well maintained bathrooms, I highly recommend to take your time at each shop. The map of this place is purposely made to be confusing so you can wind up going to the same store several times and discover something completely new. Like an Easter egg hunt. This was cute but I learned how to do it better next time. We arrived around 11:00am for an overnight mini vacation. Only an hour and a half from home. Everything shuts down at 6pm. There is no night life. No street lights. Dark and deserted. Yet there's not enough to do on day two. Walking around was fun but it was crowded and I'm not sure I'd want to repeat the same thing. Very cute shops and I wanted to buy so much but I really didn't need any of it. Prices weren't too bad on some items. We happened to go when there wasn't anything special going on except a scarecrow display. That was cool to see. Next time I would want to get there as soon as they open and spend the day but go home when it closes at 6pm. Certainly enough for a one day trip. I also liked how dog friendly everyone was. Will definitely bring my dog next time. read more

We had a great time at peddlers Village this weekend. We decided to go there last minute on Sunday and there were so many extra activities outside. It made it a lot of fun for the family. The burgers at Buttonwood Grill were wonderful. We will definitely be back soon. read more

The best time to visit Peddler's Village is NOW! They have an awesome Scarecrow Contest going on and the creative entries are on full display throughout the Village. Great photo ops. Don't miss it! Excellent variety of shops. The Inn bed was decently comfortable, large room, clean, everything worked. No one ever showed up to help with luggage, even though were asked if we would like help and we said yes. They had a free movie night on the lawn which was well attended and easy to see and hear. The shops are expensive. The restaurants are OK, but best we found were the salads at Village pizza place - go figure. Nothing opens until 10-11am, except one coffee shop (which isn't very good). Sundays are 12-6pm, so that was disappointing since we scheduled Friday night through Monday morning. We never imagined a tourist place like this would not take advantage of the captive audience and be open early until late. Overall, we enjoyed our visit, but we had to find things to do elsewhere too, like the river area in New Hope with a stop around the corner at Dilly's for lunch. NOT handicap friendly. Walking is relatively easy unless you have walking issues. The room we were assigned at the inn above Chico's had NO elevator and alot of stairs. We bought tickets for the dueling piano show, again no elevator and up a lot of stairs. The brick walking paths are wide but there are significant uphill/downhill slopes to deal with. The shops have narrow aisles and again, no handicap friendly. read more

This is a beautiful place to spend a day or even a couple of days. I certainly would have enjoyed another day to try some wine and some vodka from the distillery. They have all kinds of shops, restaurants and bars to enjoy some time at this beautiful immaculately maintained village where they have all kinds of entertainment for the whole family. To make things even better the Golden Plough Inn has some beautifully appointed rooms spread throughout the property for you to spend the night. They've got some interesting things to do including comedy shows, food truck Thursdays, as well as a host of businesses that will entertain you. A cigar shop with a gentleman that really knows his cigars, a business that can look up your surname and tell you the history of your ancestors. This week they have a scarecrow theme going on with some interesting displays around the property. A store that sells unique jerky products including Rabbit, Emu, Wild Boar, Elk, among many others. This is truly a great place to visit and only a short drive from the city. If you're looking for a place to spend a couple of days without having to drive too far, the Peddlers Village is certainly worth a trip. read more

After the stomach flu of Christmas 2021, we decided to take a mini NYE trip somewhere nearby-ish that we've never been to feel like we had somewhat a festive holiday. Had heard from some parental friends that this place is super family friendly and festive. We were so pleasantly surprised how charming and cute this entire village is. There's a yearly gingerbread house competition which is located near the parking lot definitely interesting to check it out plus a lot of shoppes, restaurants and cafes. The main draw is the beautiful lights they put up throughout the village, but in particular, the middle of the courtyard where the Christmas trees and sleighs are. We really enjoy coming here just to walk around and people watch. Once COVID is over we really enjoy the festivals. They are really family friendly and include many outside vendors and blow up rides for the kids. This year we went to look at the Gingerbread houses. We went at around 11 on New Years Eve and there was no line. I think it is even better in the inside building than it usually is in the Gazebo. We really enjoyed it, The bottom line is if you want to spend some time walking around, people watching, and browsing some interesting stores, Peddlers Village is a great place to do it. read more

Peddler's Village over the holidays is always a fun time. It's an outdoor Christmas market of sorts -- lots of cute souvenir shops and clothing stores, the former selling essentially useless but adorable items and the latter offering a nice selection of known brands and smaller boutiques. The gingerbread competition results on display are amazing and (I think) worth the 45 minutes you'll likely spend in line, waiting to go inside the tiny gazebo. There's also plenty to eat although unless you opt for a grab-and-go option, you'll likely face an uphill battle getting a table at the Golden Plough or Cock and Bull. Overall, a fun way to while around a few hours on a weekend afternoon. Definitely gets more crowded at night when the lights come on. Parking is hard to find but it's also plentiful -- as long as you have ~10 minutes of patience for circling carefully, you'll find something. read more

There's really not much one can say about this quaint shopping village by way of criticism. The drive through Bucks County is the very definition of tranquility and the shops themselves are filled to the rafters with curios and nick knacks that create a very pleasing idyll on a beautiful fall Saturday. So, if you're in the market for China made in Chile and Betsy Ross flags sewn with pride in Beijing, Peddlers Village is just the ticket. I have been going here every year and this will be the last year. The parking is a complete sh*t show. You will be, shoulder to shoulder in any store. Most products are made in china with local labeling to seem authentic. 10$ for a sippy cup of warm wine. We've been coming here for over 25 years. well kept and landscaped grounds offer a bucolic setting for walking around, shopping and grabbing a bite to eat. There are a variety of shops but be warned, most of it is geared towards women. Thankfully, a few wineries and brewery exist here to help us men drown our sorrows while waiting for the wives to spend our money! There are often events taking place here. Weddings, etc are a frequent occurrence. They also have a lot of festivals here. Apple fest, strawberry fest. You get the idea. These are the days those of us that know better avoid it here!!! Peddler's village is essentially an outdoor mall located in bucks county. We decided to go up for the day this past Saturday. We've been here a few times over the years and have never really left disappointed. First off the parking stinks, they do offer a lot but it's mostly on the grassy area. There are a ton of restaurants and shops. This time of year they have the scarecrow festival which is nice. We will continue to come here to enjoy a nice day out. read more

Walked through yesterday with my wife who's idea it was. Wasn't really thinking I'd enjoy myself. But I was wrong. I had a fun time with her. Music was great. People were all friendly and the shops were nice. I even found a plaque with the Muhammad Ali photo I've been looking for! Who'd have thought this would be the place. But it was.
