He had completed the exact same project for my neighbor who stated "Came out the next day and pulled a EZpermit from the City of Miami. Total cost was $2300." Upon entering my building the guy says he doesn't have a permit, didn't know he needed a permit, and I had to pay him an additional $650 for the permit. I said no. I can't afford that. We argue back and forth and he says he's going to charge me more if he has to leave and come back. Mind you, he already had $1,055 of my deposit so I would have lost that. I relentlessly said an absolutely not. The guy does the job anyway, says "I'm going the extra mile here. Hopefully you'll appreciate it in the end." Claims he's doing me a favor by charging me $50 less. So my $2100 original quote becomes $2675. He claims he didn't remember doing my Neighbors project continues with excuse and excuse why he is owed the extra money for the permit. This is BAD BUSINESS! Do not go to these people. I can't believe someone would do this and with a smile on their face. Pitiful. **Long story short-this business did not have the proper permit and then charged me an additional $565 for their own mistake. Period. Words and lengthy replies are merely word salad to try to justify the main problem; charging me $565 for your mistake. **Update: This guy has relentlessly called, messaged, and sent me lengthy voice notes stating how he "hopes he never has to work with a client like me again." Not only did I pay for this guys mistake but now I'm reminded of how his inappropriate male toxicity has been implemented to intimidate his clients in to paying for his unethical business practices.

From the very start of beginning the process of finding the right AC system, Emmanuel was extremely responsive to all texts and messages, at basically all times of the day. I had a million inane questions and concerns; he answered all of them. We narrowed the list to three 5-ton options. The most expensive one was of my choosing, an American Standard unit, and the other two were a Rheem and a GrandAire (which I hadn't heard of before, it's a subsidiary of Carrier). He recommended strongly that I go with the cheapest one, the GrandAire. He was absolutely correct! It saved thousands of dollars, and it works extremely well. He added a new Nest thermostat, as well. I couldn't be happier. The [minimum 2-year] warranty that he backs up his work with has to be one of the best. If you're in the market for any HVAC work, do not hesitate to hit up Emmanuel and Island Breeze Air.

Bosch initially sent Appliance Service Group, Inc., which took a week to come out and suggested the problem was a fuse without removing the oven to investigate further. Vlad came the same day I contacted him, removed the unit, and identified the actual issue: the motherboard. He offered a solution that saved me approximately $600. After an electrician completed the necessary work, Vlad returned to reinstall the oven and got everything working. What impressed me even more was his follow-through. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the microwave, so Vlad returned a third time and took it apart to check for a dead animal, burned wiring, or another possible source. He found no evidence of those issues and carefully reassembled everything. He took my concerns seriously and put in the work to investigate. By comparison, Appliance Service Group wanted $169 for the initial diagnostic visit and another $100 to return, despite giving me a diagnosis because of a gut feeling. Based on my experience, the difference in service was substantial. I highly recommend Fuse Services and Vlad. He showed up, investigated thoroughly, helped me save money, and followed through. This is what an honest, hardworking service looks like.
