This is the 4th vehicle I've brought to Augustine, and his work continues to impress. The first two visits were for window tint on my Nissan Altimas. After that, I brought in my 1999 F250 for an exterior/interior detail, and he knocked it out of the park, reviving the sun-faded, scratched paint. Most recently, I returned for window tint on my Chevy work van, and as always, the tint was perfect, with great precision and attention to detail. Brought my tesla in to be tinted on all windows except the roof and both Agustin and Alba worked me into it explaining how the car would look after and what percentage of tint would be good. I had my 2022 Lexus GX 460 detailed and windows tinted. Customer service was superb!!!! Alba was so nice on the phone and Augustine made sure to thank me for being a customer when my beautiful Lexus rolled out of the shop. Augustine was very personable and you can tell he loves making customers happy. 2022 Charger Hellcat Redeye Jailbreak - Window tints done October 2022 - If you need window tinting done to your car, this is the place you NEED to go to! This is the second vehicle I brought to them to get the tinting done. First of all, Alba and Agustin are very professional and very patient. Although it was my second time, I still had questions about the product they use and assured she would send over the details and information about the ceramic film they use for installations, which she did. Prices are reasonable, you get what you pay for. Agustin is a master at his craft and I am happy with the final outcome and looks of the car. Let me start by saying , what a great place this is . I had been looking for a place to get my car window's tinted but I was skeptical but I came across this guy and shoot them a DM and Agustin answer right away and we started talking and we set up an appointment . I did a ceramic 30 % and a wash and when I came to pick up my car they even had polish an small scratch I had in the rear driver side . Just got my 2014 BMW tinted and it feels like driving a new car. At 1st I went to K&W Autospa in Congers. They had no availability at the time so they contacted Augustin. They booked me within 2 days. Alba and Augustin were great!! They asked the right questions to give me what I wanted....or thought I wanted. They're most of all honest and tell you straight up with no BS. And return the car washed!! Will definitely do future business with them and highly recommend. Amazing job! This is the definition of a car DETAIL. My car was a "commuter" car for the past two years. Driving from NYC across the bridge, snow, rain, sleet etc. the dirt and grim that stained my rugs and interior from snowy boots etc was horrible! After the detail my car looks brand new! I've now used New City Auto Spa over the last six months to keep my car looking/feeling brand new. People notice and ask me all the time how I clean my car, in turn I provide them with this business's information without hesitation. My girlfriend who is VERY particular when it comes to her car handed me the keys and told me to go to the place and pay all the monies to have her 2018 S5 cleaned "the way you get your car cleaned" - When she got it back, she was floored. Alba and Agustin and their crew at NC Auto Spa are total pros. This is what they do and they do it better than anyone. Always an outstanding job, whether just a simple in and out wash to full detail. Amazing service, my car was spotless when I picked it up. Employees were very nice and woman on the phone was very personable and helpful. I only asked/paid for interior detailing but they went the extra mile and shined my wheels and cleaned up any dirt/mess on the outside of my car. Only complaint is the amount of time it took, dropped the car off at 10AM and they called me to pick it up by 3PM. (Possibly because they were busy?) Definitely recommend planning ahead and finding another form of transport for the day if you have anywhere to be. I will definitely return here again and recommend to friends. read more
