This has to be a joke. I gave them 1 star the last time. Today I went to get a wash and I was told the owner don't want to do business with me anymore. This is over me giving them 1 Star last time because the manager wanted to charge me extra money to remove the snow and ice. I wish I can make this stuff up but I can't. Is this the way you treat a loyal customer. Even though I felt the way I did and left one star, I still went back to continue to have my car washed. Just because I gave 1 star doesn't mean it's the end of the world. But all is well I went to brick town hand wash which is only 10 minutes away So They also do a fantastic job. read more

The best car cleaning and detailing service I have found in the tristate area. Plus they are a pleasure to deal with...and their prices are reasonable. I previously lived in the Nyack area. Over the years, I brought all my vehicles here for regular interior and exterior cleaning, plus detailing and waxing at least once per year. The requirements ranged from caring for performance cars, keeping luxury cars looking their best, to cleaning the grime from pickups and SUVs. I also used them to arrange applying clear protective film, to scrubbing pavement off the bumpers, to paint repair. The team did an outstanding job at every level of service. I have now moved back to the city but still bring my car back here for cleaning and service. I make an appointment, drive up, leave the car, then enjoy a wide range of activities in the area from biking to hiking to shopping to enjoying lunch and sitting by the river. An unfortunate event led me to take the car to these amazing people. I have gone here before for the same exact service(old owners), but the job was done mediocre and the stench was still noticeable. Not knowing they changed ownership, I decided to come back after having someone throw up in the back seat. Let me tell you, from the initial phone call to picking up the car, customer service is excellent. The interior never looked so good, no trace whatsoever of throw up. I came here to get my car detailed after a friend threw up not only in the car but on the outside too. The smell was so repulsive I almost vomited my self. When I got my car back it looked and smelled amazing both on the inside and out! They gave it the works! I'm a very happy customer. Also have to give a huge shout out to the manager Ray was very helpful he was able to fit me in on such a late notice and he even went the extra mile and gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to pay for a taxi, amazing customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. We brought in our car for a regular car wash. First off, the gentleman we met stood there and stared at us, got annoyed when we asked to take items out of the back seat before we left. And was visit ally irritated with us being there in general. They said $30 so I wasn't expecting the car to come back as if it were detailed, but at least vacuumed. I asked them why they didn't vacuum and they stated that they did. I have a dog so I was aware that some dog hair would be left because it can get stuck in the fibers. I showed them that if I can easily pick up dog hair from the seats then they obviously didn't vacuum the car. There was still dust on the dashboard and items that were on the floor had not been moved at all which just goes to show they did nothing. I paid the $30 and gave a $10 tip because I figured why make an issue over something that wasn't expensive anyways. I went home and used my small car hand vacuum and within 20 minutes the floors were spotless. I think it's absolutely shameful to try and force people to pay more money for a detail by lying when you could do a good job and have a customer become loyal to your business and come back time and time again. I'll never come back. I don't recommend that anyone else use their services either. read more
