I had my car PPF'd at Detailers Domain and the experience was excellent. Not only did the job turn out spectacular, but Phil was incredibly transparent and took the time to educate me about the different types of protection like PPF and ceramic coating, as well as the entire process. I ended up going with just the PPF this time, but I'll definitely be back for tints and ceramic as soon as I can persuade the old lady.

Nothing but the highest praise for Phil, Dan and the crew at Detailers Domain. Since last year, I have had two cars, a G82 M4 and more recently a Range Rover Sport, in with DD for new car prep, full PPF and ceramic coating. Both times, the work has been phenomenal. The paint and trim are always prepped immaculately, every imperfection removed, and the film applied cleanly and evenly along the panels with not a single rough cut, bubble, stretch mark or lift. Proper PPF installation is an art, and it is clear that everybody at Detailers Domain takes the craft very seriously. On top of the quality of their work, customer service is where Phil and DD truly stand out. They have been incredibly accommodating - working to fit me into their tight schedules, consistently providing updates along the way and always being prompt to respond to questions and requests. One look at the cars sitting on their lot and inside the shop on any given day should provide a good sense of the sheer number of deep-pocketed clientele they engage with regularly, but never once did I ever feel that my needs were overlooked or that my business was not appreciated. The use of PPF on cars has unquestionably grown over the past decade, along with the number of shops that offer or specialize in its application. If you want the best of the best however, look no further and rest assured that you are in extremely capable hands with Detailers Domain.

Snuck in Nanolex ceramic coating instead of Xpel

TLDR: Detailer's Domain (Norwood, NJ) did a bait and switch and scammed me out of $6500 for a service/product that was not what was agreed on. I had my car serviced at Detailer's Domain and I can confidently say that it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The level of unprofessionalism and deceit exhibited by Phil, the owner, is beyond belief. Despite providing explicit details in my initial email about the services I required, including full body car wrapping with PPF, full body ceramic coating, and window tinting (including the windshield) for my 2022 Tesla Model X, Phil conveniently failed to mention that the windshield tinting would cost extra. This lack of transparency was infuriating, especially considering that I had clearly specified my requirements in multiple conversations. The issues didn't end there. Once I finally received my car, it was evident that the quality of work performed was subpar. The ceramic coating, which was supposed to give my car a glossy and water-repellent finish, looked dull and lackluster. The PPF wrapping job was even worse, with sloppy cuts, lifted edges, and improper coverage, particularly noticeable around the charging port cover, which had no PPF at all. These glaring flaws raised serious concerns about the overall craftsmanship and attention to detail at Detailer's Domain. I showed my car to other detailing businesses and they also agreed it was a poorly done job. As time passed, my worries escalated when I noticed that my supposedly high-quality Xpel ceramic coating failed to exhibit the expected performance. Water beading was inconsistent at different parts of the car and dirt easily stuck to the car, contrary to what one would expect from a reputable ceramic coating. I requested my tires to be ceramic coated as well but instead there was a big flap that was not there before we brought it in to their garage. The car looks more dull than my other car without any PPF or ceramic coating. While seeking other professional opinions, I discovered that Phil had switched the promised Xpel ceramic coating to a different product, Nanolex, without ever informing me of this change. Furthermore, I learned that the Xpel warranty, which we paid a premium for, would be automatically voided if a different brand of ceramic coating was used on top of the Xpel PPF wrapping. Shockingly, Phil never mentioned this critical information or registered our services with Xpel as is required by Xpel. He never showed us or gave us the Xpel warranty papers either. All of this was reported to Better Business Bureau for public record so that no one else falls for his scam tactics. His excuse to BBB was that he entered the wrong name of the ceramic coating in his computer by mistake. If that was the case, why wasn't my car registered with Xpel and why didn't we get the Xpel warranty papers? When I contacted Xpel directly, they confirmed that we were not registered with them, and consequently, our warranty was indeed invalid/non-existent. It became clear that I had been deceived and charged exorbitantly for a voided product, essentially falling victim to a bait and switch tactic. Yet another shady thing Phil did was the fact that the initial quote he gave me technically included the tinting of the windshield because that is the price quote I asked for but when we agreed to not tint the windshield because the guy he outsources window tinting jobs to was said to not be confident in tinting Tesla Model X windshields and I didn't want to chance a poor job. I texted Phil about adjusting the price accordingly and he said he would but he never deducted the price of windshield tinting which he claimed was over $500. Considering the level of incompetence, lack of transparency, and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by Detailer's Domain, I cannot trust that they would redo the job correctly and Phil refused to even attempt to rectify the situation. I did not receive the services and products I paid for, and instead, was sold a cheaper product at a premium price with a voided warranty.

I picked up my Macan GTS about two weeks ago and I was in a rush to get the PPF done. Dan, Phil, & the team took care of me and got me back on the road within just a few days. Not a single bubble or any imperfections on the work and they went above and beyond to add PPF to areas that are highly susceptible to finger prints, nail damage and road rash. They really went above and beyond to get my car back on the road for me to enjoy it without worry. Highly recommend as and all my future Porsches will be going here for PPF and Ceramic!

Detailer's Domain did the PPF install on the front end and piano black trim on my car. I can't compliment or say enough about the work Phil and his staff performed and how he literally kept posting the progress on the car through Instagram every step of the way. Seeing those posts was not just cool, but confidence inspiring that Phil holds nothing back and is transparent in his services! He also went above and beyond with some extras by applying PPF on the door handle scoops where your hand goes when pulling the doors open to protect from those annoying times your fingernails scratch up against the scoops behind the door handles. He covered the rear bumper area too - where you put in and take items out of the hatch/trunk area which was another unexpected touch. Phil takes the time to explain every step of the service, answering questions and just takes care of you which is becoming so rare these days. I can't recommend Detailer's Domain more highly and do so without reservation!

I ordered my first Mystery box and love it! Great products and likely stuff I would not have ordered on my own. I enjoy trying new products and this is a great way to get exposed to new stuff and it's exciting not knowing what's coming. My box was put together very thoughtfully, it provided me with a wash product, polish and finish. Highly recommended and worth the money.

I've known Phil for quite some time now. All started when I purchased my first "real" car about a decade and a half ago. Started with the basics and eventually over the years progressed to an orbital polisher. He's never steered me wrong. Was always helpful over the phone and listened to what my budget was. Never the one to push more product. But what my concerns were. Fast forward to last year where he did a full detail on my 1994 renaissance red mkiv Supra. He knocked it out of the park. The car was flawless. One stop shop for all things detail!

Took delivery of my fourth M3 this summer and decided to go an extra step and add a clear bra (PPF) and ceramic coat (Nanolex Si3D). Researched many places feverishly and decided on Detailers Domain largely due to their extremely satisfied client base. This is where you go if you want the best possible service, products, and experience at a high-end one-stop detail shop. Priced fair but accordingly. My experience in dealing with Phil and his crew were great. After showing me all the QC that goes on and level of detail they employ I knew this is where I'd be coming back for all future vehicles. I honestly can't decide whether I love the PPF or ceramic coat more. PPF is amazing for maintaining perfect paint with zero rock chips and I consider it an amazing insurance policy against the elements. They use a custom cuts for every panel and are meticulous about how they apply the film. Now ceramic coating is an amazing technology that essentially makes your whole car hydrophobic and dust resistant while being shinier and slicker than wax. I was skeptical about the ceramic coating at first but after seeing how easy it is to just spray off dirt and bugs let alone how easy it is to wash the whole car, I'm now convinced. What I didn't expect was to get hooked on their retail store and professional products. I am now a huge fan of Nanolex and Fictech and basically stumbled into a new detailing hobby. Their e-commerce site is just as friendly as their shop - quick shipping and easy to navigate. I have a whole set up at home now complete with foam gun and high-pressure washer and couldn't be happier. My only regret is not finding out about these guys sooner. Will definitely take my next new car here. Money well spent!

Phil and his Team run an absolutely incredible business. His Detailing business, consisting of all the services you could ever need, takes perfection and pride in their work to a new level. His storefront stocks only the best products and I know that Phil is there for me anytime I have questions or need recommendations on what to use. This is why I buy from his store. My most recent project with Phil was a new-to-me 2016 Escalade. Phil and his Team were able to take out every imperfection (door dings, scuffs, scratches, and the terrible swirl marks we get from local car washes) and bring this vehicle beyond showroom condition. In addition, I had the full front end covered in Xpel Paint Protection Film. Worth every penny and thanks again Phil! -John Q

What can I say? Phil and his crew are absolutely incredible at what they do. Whenever I need anything done Phil is the guy I reach out to. I started with originally getting PPF and Ceramic Coating done from these guys, and they did an incredible job. I've also had them warranty their work twice, and I had 0 issues getting the film replaced. Phil was also able to get me a fantastic deal on wheels. These are your go to guys when it comes to detailing.

To say Detailer's Domain is the best in area, is an understatement. Philip and his team came highly recommended by my friends, which spoke highly of their quality of work, patience and dedication to their craft. It was a 2-day turnaround time for my '18 STI with clean, detail and full front paint protection. Once finished, the results were absolutely amazing.

I brought my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Altitude in for ceramic coating and was extremely pleased with every aspect of the work completed. The owner, Phil was extremely professional and friendly throughout the process. The quoted price was the final cost, no hidden fees or a sales pitch for something that wasn't needed. The final product was absolutely gorgeous! The paint finish is like glass and color richness is showcar quality. The work was completed on-time and his attention to detail was spot on. Detailer's Domain will have all of my business from this point forward...

Phil and the team at Detailer's Domain is awesome! Their professionalism and pleasant demeanor made for a gratifying experience. I highly recommend engaging this firm to improve and protect the appearance of your vehicle.

The car was vibrating whenever I drove over 60 mph. I reached out to Jesse, the owner, who told me to come to the shop whenever I was free. I went around noon on a Monday where I met Joshua. He gave me all the run down that they fix Tesla wheel's for $125 each, fixing the curb rashes were additional $50 and they require holding the car for 24 hours. I also saw many Tesla wheels laying all around the store that assured me they regularly do these fixes. As I was not prepared the leave the car that day, I drove it back few days later. Joshua noted down my contact info and the wheels I wanted to fix. As 24 hours passed I was still waiting for the call, I reached out to Jesse about the pick up time. Within couple of minutes Joshusa called me to let me know it was ready for pick up. Upon arriving, I met Joshua to complete the payment, collected my keys and was on my way. The rims absolutely looked brand new. All the curb rash marks on both wheels were gone. The vibrating issue significantly minimized as well. One minor observation was both wheels didn't come back with their original valve cap. Overall I was really happy with the consistent hassle free experience that came with such a bargaining price. For any future wheel issues, I'd be go back to Silverstar without any hesitation.
