I am hesitant on returning however because the place felt very dirty. My appointment was at 9, there was hair on the floor at just about every station. I asked what time they start cutting hair thinking maybe they were busy that morning. They start at 9, so the hair is from previous day(s) which is gross... I ask where I can put my sweater and she says the chair at the station next to us. I have to drape it just right because there are big clumps of hair in the chair.... The cables/wiring hanging front the ceiling were COVERED in dust as was the decor sitting out. I think Kelsey does an amazing hair cut but I'm not sure I like going to such a dirty salon.

I let her know that I started to let my white/gray hair grow in and didn't like the look with my light brown hair. Lindsey was available the next day and I was so glad she was! She blended highlights into my hair and made it gorgeous! She gave my great styling advise, but was never pushy about it. I was there from 1:30 until 5, and was only charged $200! I decided to chop all of my hair off (which I've done multiple times and have never had issues) and this is probably the worst haircut I've ever had. It's so choppy, it's lopsided and not cut straight like I asked but instead at an angle. There are longer and shorter pieces all around and I never asked for layers either. I'm so embarrassed to even go get it fixed somewhere else and so worried I'm going to have to cut off even more hair than I was anticipating. I am so displeased and disappointed in my hair cut and I really do not like my hair right now at all and I wish I never would have cut it off. I cut about 10 inches off of my hair for reference. Please do your research beforehand.
