I was being firm. Remember I've been a patient there for decades probably before these girls had been born. I asked to speak to the office manager, who I knew she is the doctors sister-in-law. Jessica said let me get her. Jessica came back and said she's busy and since she's busy, I am the acting office manager and I say that you need to get a NEW CHIROPRACTOR we will not be seeing you here anymore!! and she hung up on me. I called back. I could tell the phone was answered and someone was there, but they would not speak and hung up on me again. I called back again and nobody would answer the phone. WOW! No way to speak with Dr. R. Kelly Mabe about the situation no way to speak to Deanna, his office manager, his real office manager of decades.
