They sat there and argued with eachother for 30 to 45 min and told me the old owners stole the money and I had to sue them with the phone number on my coupon. I told them it's not my fault they changed owners and if they want to make it right they will still accept the coupon. Finally they agreed to only give me a 1 hour massage I figured I would just take that instead of nothing. The massage was good she did focus on my areas that were hurting but when I left they told me if I could tip which I didn't like. With the name relax zone I really thought it would be a relaxing experience but it really was very awkward and uncomfortable.

It didn't feel like a spa; it felt like we were sitting in someone's living room. It even seemed like the staff might live there, though I'm not sure. To top it off, when it came time to pay, I said I'd use a card. She immediately asked for a tip, and when I declined, she said there was a $2 card fee--nowhere posted, no signage, no disclosure.
