But the result was much more, the variety of flowers, shrubs and trees, (some bearing berries for birds) is the envy of the entire neighborhood. The plants have matured into a planned "painting" of contrasting foliage. My experience is that money spent outside of the house goes further than remodel money spent inside...maybe it is the "alive" thing that plants have. Diana, the owner of Trio Landscaping, was excellent to work with. She spent a lot of time getting a good understanding of our budget and what we wanted before she created a plan and sent it to us. We had several zoom calls discussing the plan and making minor revisions to ensure it met our needs. Her design is spot on for our space. We were out of town the week the construction took place and came back to a completely new backyard! I tipped…read more$200 more because it was hard and took them almost 10 hours over 2 days because one guy got sick and had to go to the hospital. - Gave me quote on Yelp from pictures I sent, instead of just telling me to call to set up an estimate like most places do. - Showed up early, but not too early, and got to work right away. Asked for a $150 more on top of the $650 I was quoted, which was fine because it was a big job and $650 was already by far the best deal I'd found. Paid via Zelle. - Cut up logs and stumps with a chainsaw and used a tarp and wheelbarrow to move all the stuff across half an acre. - Polite, expedient, considerate. I fed him lunch and coffee and water. I wouldn't hesitate to have these dudes back.

I would give Jaime and his crew 10 stars if yelp would let me…read more My problem was a gigantic hybrid maple tree that had gotten so big it was a threat to our home if we encountered any strong winds. 3-4 years ago we did have some strong winds and a huge branch broke off from the tree and luckily fell harmlessly to the ground. Jaime returned my call quickly and we set up a time for an estimate and he arrived as promised. We agreed on a price and a day for the job to be done. I also asked Jaime to remove a couple of large lilac bushes and thin out a much smaller "regular" maple tree. Jaime and I had phone contact a couple of times before the scheduled work day.....always returned my calls, always answered my questions and showed up on time. Because the tree to be removed was so damn huge, they were not able to complete the job in one day. They arrived first thing the next morning and completed everything.....all debris was removed, tree stump the size of a small car ground down, all debris from the stump removed and top soil applied to where the tree stump previously was. They even cleaned up the street where they ground up all the branches from the tree. No one could even tell they had been there when they left. Anyone that is looking for tree removal and/or tree pruning would be foolish not to at least call Jaime and see what he has to say. His work is great and his pricing is right on as well! Next year I am planing on using Jaime and his crew for some re-sodding and some landscaping as well!
