A week and a half went buy, and I still had not received a tracking number. I sent an email to the company and was informed that they did not have any of my items in stock, and they were placing an order with the manufacturer and would send me the products once they receive them. My initial thought was, "You all are just ordering the product from the manufacturer and selling it to me for more than you bought it for... plus making me wait twice as long to receive it... what service are you providing me to justify the markup you are charging?" I brought up my unrest about not informing the customers that they do not keep a physical stock of the products. Within minutes, their disrespectful customer service department responded with, "I'll cancel your order.
