Dr. Koch and his assistant, Deanna, have a wonderful rapport that put me at ease almost immediately. Followup appointments were available reasonably soon, and the receptionist was very personable and showed concern for whether my teeth were okay and if I would need an earlier appointment. I arrive obviously late due to poor address on website. No worries, I have blocked hours of time just incase it is needed. I get called back and now they want X-rays to check arch. Again I'm here for a broken tooth on dentures that fit like they are made for me, they were. No need for an X-ray because I want to know if a repair can be done and if these are under warranty, received them in 2019, so maybe pushing it. I am two months post stroke, so anything being shot at brain, especially near my brain is going to be a NO. Front end service needs major improvement and dental assistant is lacking in many areas.
