Call to information office what had transpired seeing I don't live in Barre nor go there much. While on phone I'm constantly interrupted by whomever answered the phone. I arrive obviously late due to poor address on website. No worries, I have blocked hours of time just incase it is needed. I get called back and now they want X-rays to check arch. Again I'm here for a broken tooth on dentures that fit like they are made for me, they were. No need for an X-ray because I want to know if a repair can be done and if these are under warranty, received them in 2019, so maybe pushing it. I am two months post stroke, so anything being shot at brain, especially near my brain is going to be a NO. Front end service needs major improvement and dental assistant is lacking in many areas.
