He has no one covering for him on off hours or his vacations. My ingrown toenail was chronic and when I repeatedly inquired what may be done other than cutting out the problem over and over again, he said each time that there was no other option. In addition, he rarely used anything to numb the pain and when he did it was not done well. The last time he was unavailable I consulted another podiatrist and I learned that there is a procedure I could have (a partial nail avulsion and chemical matrixectomy) that would likely fix the situation. Also, there was no need for any part of the process to be painful.

(Their parents are too polite to ask, but usually curious, too.) Dr Cho has brought the right combination of medical/diagnostic professionalism, kindness and respect to every appointment I've had with her.
