Although the manager (Kristin) was out of office, she still replied and had the staff expedite the order for a Christmas gift and pickup later that day. Upon arrival (pickup by another person), the color had incorrectly printed. The designer (Josh) emailed me to explain and see what we could do to resolve the issue. I personally stopped by near closing time. The designer took the extra time to work with me to get the correct color printed and explained again what we could do going forward.
