I normally avoid pork fried rice and opt for veg fried rice but decided to try based on what I had heard. Pork 3 types typical roasted, what seemed to be tidbits of boneless spareribs and canned pork(spam or other) it also had egg as typical but cabbage was added just a little and the biggest advantage was it seems the harsh criticism of MSG never reached the island or this place. I have never had any adverse effects from msg and use it myself it makes the tastebuds dance. The rice was also light and fluffy not greasy at all. Now the fries which is not typical of chinéese in the states. It could have been just a throw in but no. Fries cooked perfectly crispy and tossed in a light garlic oil and again msg. The chicken well battered and crisp piping hot served with sauce that was very hot. I have often gotten this dish at places and the sauce was just warm or not really heated at all. The portion size was huge and the quality was good and should meet anyones expectations as for the subtle differences and ingredient choices along with added effort this place is a slam dunk if in the area and craving chinéese.
