They told me they had lines they considered good, better and best, and among their best was Flexsteel! We made a few trips, thinking and figuring and had a fantastic sales person. She seemed to hit all the important notes and answered all our questions. After delivery one of the recliner sections wasn't working properly and they send someone to fix it. Here we are just over 4 years from purchase and this is their BEST couch! The finish has worn off on the headrest on one side, the foam in the arm has completely broken down and the non surface vinyl is pealing! I reached out to flexsteel. They sent me to Coconis. I reached out to Coconis and they said no furniture manufacturer warrants upholstery for more than a year and the extend warranty that I paid for would only cover such this as my dog chewing it up!! Coconis also tol me furniture only lasts 5-7 years! my grandfather was in the furniture business. Some of the furniture he sold is still beautiful! I know that was 60+ years ago but have we devolved that far? I bought leather because I DO have dogs. I bought leather because it SHOULD be durable. After the passing the buck that flexsteel did, and the attitude and the shrug of the shoulders pretty much saying I was SOL, I can neither recommend or endorse Flexsteel or Coconis! I know there is quality furniture out there and I'll find it, but my advice is avoid flexsteel and Coconis Furniture. Please share this so everyone can avoid Flexsteel and Coconis.

I was hesitant to go into the Outlet by La-Z-Boy because I anticipated high-pressure sales. But I was pleasantly surprised by Corey, who greeted me, heard my request for the freedom to start 'trying on' chairs, and gave me room to explore. He touched base with me a couple of times, then actually sat with me as I "thought out loud" about my options. When I finally narrowed the choice down to two, there was one I liked just a little better, but the back felt "loose." Corey took the time to educate me on how to tighten the tension--and he actually made a quick change which fixed my concern. The chair was perfect. Corey also taught me the life hack for removing and easily replacing the back so that I wouldn't be confused at home. I was impressed, when I confirmed my choice, to see the whole team jump into action--working together to prep my chair for the trip home. A couple folks took the chair to the back to wrap in plastic, while Corey worked with me to process the purchase. Rather than just taking my payment, he and his colleagues interacted with me in a way that made me feel like my satisfaction was their only goal. They were jovial and educational and quick to provide answers for all of my questions. I came in for a chair, but I was being stewarded with "good vibes" that made me feel great about the whole experience. Corey gave me a blanket as a housewarming gift, then he and one of the guys who had worked with me at the register met me out back. They carefully loaded the car while we talked and laughed and I was on my way. It was some of the BEST customer service i have experienced. My wife and I had gone to a local furniture store to purchase a dining room table, chairs, buffet and also a kitchen table and chairs. We found that what the store had available was not the size we wanted and that they could not special order what we requested. We went to visit Yoder's Oak & Cherry and were greeted by the owner Marvin Yoder. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We picked out the style, wood type and colors we wanted and he made everything to our exact measurements. We love our furniture. It is well made and exactly what we ordered. The cost was equivalent to the lesser quality furniture the local store was offering. Finally, the company Yoder's Oak & Cherry uses to delivery the furniture, JDB Transport, was fantastic. They delivered the furniture at the stated time, carried everything inside and assembled the different pieces. The young made who delivered the furniture could not have been nicer. We had very specific requirements as to what we wanted; his biggest concern was finding firm, well-built sofa's, and mine was finding the right fabric and color for our living room. What made the process so agonizing is every store we went in, we were "jumped on" before the front door even closed behind us. I definitely do not mind being greeted or asked if I can be helped but these furniture salesmen were relentless. Even after saying we know what we want and if we need help we will ask, we are followed around the store like a couple of criminals. Every time we stopped to look at a sofa, the salesman would swoop in and bombard us with information we didn't want or need. It's very annoying and it makes the entire looking-around process impossible. Some people may not be put off by this type of salesmanship but I certainly am. We honestly couldn't take more than 10 minutes of being stalked like animals at each of these stores. We were in Marietta one day for lunch and I brought up the idea of furniture shopping while we were in town. We decided to give Wieser & Cawley a try because we had never been there before. We didn't know what to expect. After walking through the front door, we immediately noticed a difference. Not only was the showroom beautiful, but the staff didn't hound us. They didn't ignore us either. We were greeted with smiles, welcoming hello's, and we were told to have a look around and not be afraid to ask questions. Finally! We were finally able to take our time, look around, try out sofa's, and discuss our thoughts and opinions privately between ourselves. After strolling through the store for an hour narrowing down our choices we decided to ask for assisstance. The associate that helped us was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and very friendly. She helped us further narrow our choices by showing us available finishes and fabrics for those specific sofas we liked. After we finally decided on one, she told us that that particular sofa was available in a variety of styles. It was a custom sofa where we could choose the type of arms, seat cushions, back cushions, legs, fabric for the sofa, two fabrics for pillows, and wood finish for the legs. She then informed us that if we were to go on the manufacturer's website we could build a virtual representation of our exact choices so we could see exactly what our sofa and pillows would look like. For another hour she helped us choose some fabrics and showed us different leg styles. Since there were hundreds of fabrics to choose from, we decided to go home and try out the website. The associate wrote down the name and code number for every fabric we were looking at for the sofa fabric and pillow fabrics so that we could specifically see how those fabrics would look. Anyways, we went back to Wieser & Cawley the next day and ordered our sofas. The associate told us that 8-10 weeks was the norm for delivery but receiving them sooner or even later was a possibility. We received our sofas 5 weeks later and they are BEAUTIFUL! Thank You Wieser & Cawley. I have recommened your services to family and friends.
