She is very unapproachable. Anytime I have a question about size or matting material She is so rude and short I always feel like I offended her by just being a customer. She glares at me as I walk away u satisfied with the rude vague answers She gives me. Well I really need a custom size large frame so I decided to call hobby lobby and inquire about the pricing for a larger picture. She is even rude on the phone!! I couldn't get out a complete sentence with out her interrupting me with her short one word answers with a sharp annoyed voice. I really don't know how hobby lobby has any business at all with an employee as miserable and rude as that. I regret every time I have an interaction with her.
