Long story short, I got a little ambitious while trimming my beard and ended up taking the clippers a little too high, taking off way more than I intended to... Looking like a fool, I pulled up yelp and looked for barber shops in my area that were open. Rockville Barber Shop came up and being that it's literally down the block, I thought why not give it a try? MAN did I make the right call! I was immediately greeted when I walked in and Ronnie took me right away. I showed him the damage and he sat me down, talked me off the cliff, and assured me he would take care of everything. During the course of my haircut he not only made great conversation, but made sure I was comfortable and walked me through exactly what he was doing, step by step. I've never had a barber who did that and it was such a relief, especially given the situation I was in. A short time later he was done, and I was incredibly pleased with the results! To sum it up, these guys are professional, friendly, and VERY knowledgeable. They definitely earned my trust and I have no doubts that I'll be back. HIGHLY recommend!!!

He asks tons of questions to make sure you like everything he's doing. He was fast but efficient. I absolutely love the way my haircut turned out. However he stated if I could possibly give him a few minutes to reach the shop he will take me immediately since I am only getting an undercut done.
