Because they were quick, on-time and did exactly what we hoped they'd do…read more --- --- --- I had seen G4 mentioned on my neighborhood's Facebook page, but was actually using a different electrician for a smaller job. When I told him that I'd soon be needing a couple of lights and a ceiling foot hung on 20 foot ceilings, he immediately recommended G4. Fast forward about a month and my lights came in unexpectedly early. I contacted Todd at G4 and he was able to come by a few days later. They had 16 foot ladders, which prevented them from having to use scaffolding and made things a lot easier. And lastly, after they left, I discovered that there was a wiring issue because the fan that they installed had a remote that was not working properly. I let Todd know and he brought his guys back a couple of days later to fix it. I'm still amazed at how many people in this industry can be so unreliable and continue to get work, which is why I appreciate a company like G4 so much more. They came when they said they would, did what they said they would and were awesome to work with. I don't expect to have too many more issues where I'd need G4 in the future, but if I do, I will happy to use them again.
