Dave Robles deliberately underpriced my home at 1326 Cordova Avenue and, in my opinion, failed to…read morefulfill his fiduciary duty at several critical points. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend him. In response to his public reply, I want to clarify several points. Mr. Robles states that the decision to sell was made by me "and your family member" after extensive discussions. That is not how I experienced the transaction. I do not agree with his characterization, and I do not believe it accurately reflects what occurred. At a time when significant medical and personal circumstances arose, I believe the sale should have been paused and reassessed rather than pushed forward. Instead, I felt dismissed when I raised concerns. The fact that the property sold above the asking price does not answer my central concern. My concern is that the asking price itself was too low. Selling above an artificially low asking price does not, in my view, demonstrate that the property was properly valued or that my interests were fully protected. Likewise, a post-closing occupancy agreement does not address my concerns about the advice I received before and during the sale. Those are separate issues. This was not simply the sale of a house. It was the sale of my historic family home and my principal asset. The Peterson House did not come from inheritance, family money, or luck. I built it over decades through my own work, creativity, and investment. Every improvement reflected years of thought and problem-solving. Losing it has had profound and lasting consequences. While my belongings were still being removed from the house, Mr. Robles was communicating with the new owners rather than with me. That left me feeling invisible during one of the most important and painful transitions of my life. For clarity, any positive comments I made years earlier were made in an entirely different context. They reflected conversations about neighborhoods and open houses, not my later experience as his client during the sale of my home. They should not be interpreted as an endorsement of his representation, professional judgment, or fiduciary performance in handling this transaction. This is not buyer's remorse. It is the considered opinion of someone who believes she was not adequately represented in one of the most consequential financial decisions of her life. My experience has resulted in a loss that I do not believe can be undone, and I cannot in good faith recommend Dave Robles.

Yet has been upset with us because we are owing her more money than what we agreed on. We gave our 30 day notice and were going to pay a prorated fee for rent. My girlfriend was afraid of her switching on us. Which she changes her words around. It is hurtful for me because I was violently ill. I couldn't stay there and leave my girlfriend for a long period of time to stay with family. There is far more to type out here. Causing us stress and turmoil. Since my concerns were nothing to the "X" amount of years she's done this. The "hundreds" of raving reviews she had from clients. My Doctor would told me I needed to get out, she also including a letter stating I relocate. We agreed on a term, but I guess more money is the only way to deal with our emergency move out. Since Ms Sanei said it wasn't a valid reason. Even though there's a habitability clause that would allow us to move due to my health. Not "various" reasons as she's stated in our application for our new apartment. I didn't want to write this but now I'm upset.
