Staff have been dropping like flies over the past 2 years (since it went from Rainbow childcare to Kindercare). My oldest child has a had time remember the teachers names because they never stay long enough to remember them. Due to staffing issues this location is constantly closing classrooms on short notice which 90% of the time is so short notice it causes me to occur additional marks against me at work (I have to allow at least 2 hours notice of call in). Not only do they constantly close classrooms they charge you for services not received. They refuse to credit accounts even with multiple emails asking for correction. Good luck trying to speak to someone because they never answer their phones at the center.

I have the opportunity to be a community partner with Zanewood and have seen the school from the inside this past few months. B. They have a staff and leadership team that care deeply for the school in fact some staff feel called if not compelled to make a difference. I have also met the new principle who came from Obama Elementary in St Paul and she is going to see this school live up to my ranking. 3. I have seen the degree the volunteer services goes to endure kids have the resources necessary to succeed in life and school and have seen a desire to get parents more involved in the school body. 4. Lastly, Brooklyn Park is a cool city with a gritty vibe and embodies everything that is awesome about diversity. As a first time mom, I was anxious about bringing him to daycare but, right from the start, the teachers and center leadership showed amazing attention and care. The teachers are dedicated, the leadership team is strong, and the center itself is beautiful and engaging for my young child. Everyone knows my child's name and is so welcoming. I know that he loves to go to Casa and I feel relieved he's enjoying his time there. I truly cannot say enough good things about the Centennial Lakes Casa team! I had a friend have to retake a whole semester due to one point! I refused to have these points applied to my final grade.
