It was a pin that holds a pully for the cable to ride on. When he put pin back, the pully was not in place and was inside the tube. I let them know what happened. They said they don't service my lift brand and that's not how they adjust the legs. I know that's not how they should adjust legs but it's what this inexperienced mad did. It caused about $1,800 in damage to my lift. And then they wanted us to pay for them putting out lift in. When we refused, they sued us. Beware. The owner never contacted me either.
