Four years later when I fould out that a lot of the debt wasn't included in the chapter 7 due to my poor attorney I had to file a 5 year chapter 13 bankruptcy. The kicker was because I filled chapter 7 so close to 13 they couldn't discharge my debit so I ended up still owing people and having to pay it back. Not only that, they screwed up and told me I had completed everything and should just wait for my discharge. Two months later and multiple phone calls to them asking if everything was good as it was taking so long, they said to continue waiting and that they had talked to the trustee who said everything was good and to just keep waiting. I then decided to call the trustee to find out it was delayed because I didn't take a debt counseling class my attorney failed to tell me about. Once I paid to take the class I had to wait another 30 days longer to finalize my bankruptcy. Do yourself a favor and pick any other attorney on Google rather than these clowns.

Although my divorce was relatively "simple" in terms of assets and issues, it was extremely high when it came to the logistical complexity and emotional fraughtness of the issues to be resolved. In the months that followed, I had come to learn that divorces such as mine are increasingly common as the byproduct of modern lives and families. And I could not have been in better hands. Lindsey was incomparable in the depth and wealth of her knowledge and understanding of family law, her strength and finesse in legal representation, and most of all her personal character and integrity. She was patient, skillful, hardworking and ethical. She worked absolutely tirelessly; even though she had other cases to deal with she always responded promptly and thoughtfully to my queries at all hours of the day or night. She never rushed during any phone calls or meetings. Because of all this she successfully tackled a range of problems from financial decisions, custody and placement of my daughter and all the emotional stress that comes from divorce. Looking back, I realized that Lindsey somehow accomplished the seemingly impossible task of keeping me focused on the most critical issues at stake, while at the same time staying perfectly in tune with the various "moods" of a divorce as I experienced them. I was initially devastated at the thought of divorce, but Lindsey and her team helped me through the most difficult time in my life. While no one really "wins" in a divorce, I can honestly say that Lindsey was able to get me everything I wanted out of it and I consider that a win in my books. I never once doubted her or her team. Should you ever need legal representation, I would highly recommend Attorney Lindsey White of Karp & Iancu.

BLUF: After nearly four years of representing myself, I had developed a good sense of what…read moreeffective advocacy looks (and doesn't look) like. Attorney Leaf exceeded my expectations. Once I retained her, I felt like the cavalry had arrived. She reduced my financial exposure from thousands of dollars to hundreds, and the difference in preparation and advocacy between Attorney Leaf and opposing counsel was immediately apparent. I imagine there's a time when a young person dreams of becoming an attorney, then spends years learning what excellence in the profession looks like. Then comes the day that person realizes they have become that attorney--and demonstrates it every day. In my view, Kristin Leaf is one of those attorneys. Words I would use to describe her are: mindful; considerate; empathetic; strategic; capable; understanding; and formidable. By simply doing her job well, Attorney Leaf distinguished herself immediately. The difference in preparation, responsiveness, and resourcefulness in court was obvious. Although Attorney Leaf treated the "other side" with courtesy and respect, and always conducted herself in a dignified manner, the difference in caliber between Attorney Leaf and opposing counsel was unmistakable. She takes the time to understand not just your legal position, but what you're actually trying to accomplish. She doesn't make you feel like a "case," like billable time, or like she's got more important things to be doing. She treats you like a human. She's also mindful that her time is your money and makes every interaction count. I personally observed that Attorney Leaf stepped in and pinch-hit for my other GRGB attorney. She's got people's backs. I had been pro se for almost four years, with the exception of two short appearances by attorneys that made my situation worse. I have no doubt that if I had been represented by Attorney Kristin Leaf from the beginning, I would be in a much stronger position in family court today. Most people "don't have the money" to spend on a lawyer, me included, but if it comes to spending money you don't have, better to spend it on someone who will work hard to get the outcomes you need-and who has a responsive, supportive, hard-working team-than on a budget attorney who doesn't truly listen or prioritize you. That's the one thing I appreciated most about Attorney Leaf. She listens--even when she probably already knows the answer. Even when your thinking is off track. Even when you're discussing something the court can't fix. She listens first, then works with you to identify the path forward. Attorney Leaf has clearly invested in becoming an exceptional attorney, and it shows in every interaction. GRGB is lucky to have her. Retain her before the other side does! I am also represented by another GRGB attorney in a criminal matter. As that case progresses, I expect to update this review to reflect that experience as well. That said, if you need representation on multiple legal fronts, that's yet another advantage of retaining this firm.

He was absolutely awful - honestly the worst attorney I've ever encountered. Among many other things, he would not respond in a timely manner (I would wait for days, sometimes weeks) and then he kept me in the dark on almost everything. He was full of empty promises and misinformation and didn't seem to know family law like he should. He was very disrespectful toward me as a client too, so I would avoid this law firm if I were you.

I went to many law offices and they all looked at me and said "yeah that is unfortunate but it happened so long ago, you are going to lose this case." The worst part is the other law firms wouldn't even talk to me in person and actually listen to what happened. Then I came across Randy who made an appointment to meet with me a few days later. He listened to me and told me, "Sean because this happened so long ago it is going to be a complete shot in the dark, but I believe you and let me look into this deeper." Long story short the odds were heavily stacked against us and 4 years later we got our days in court. My injury was pretty severe it required that I had to have about 15 or so surgeries just to have minimal function in my arm, and I will have permanent damage for the rest of my life, all because the lady driving her vehicle was speeding and on the wrong side of the road, which were the 2 points that we had to prove beyond reasonable doubt in order to win the case, which was not easy at all but every question, every statement Randy made had so much power behind it that by the end of the trial we asked for 5 million, I was awarded 7 million and found at only 10% at fault. If it was not for -specifically- Randy taking my case I do not believe that I would have won this case with 12/12 jurors ruling in my favor. I thank him from the bottom of my heart and he is the only lawyer I would recommend.

Casey checked in with me frequently throughout my medical recovery and secured all my records and losses. Any questions, even if I felt were mundane, were answered. They were able to negotiate a fair settlement on my behalf. Including the payment for our totaled vehicle, my injuries, medical care, and lost wages. I didn't have to worry about anything during my recovery. I didn't have to pay anything up front which was a plus. Then, on Monday afternoon, after waiting anxiously to speak with someone, a woman named Carlie (sp)- (kind words for how she spoke and acted) called me and claimed that they do not take Bad Faith Insurance Claims. She was extremely rude, provided me the wrong number for Lawyer Refferal Services, then hung up on me. She repeatedly said how popular they are but dismissed me like I'm not even worth the minuet she gave me. Horrible experience! A little compassion goes a long way but she had none. The number she gave me was out of order and not even close to the number found online. Wouldn't use them ever in the future!
