The attempts to silence us only prove they have something to hide. *** We are writing this review anonymously on behalf of several industry professionals after further discussion regarding repeated concerns and experiences involving two models from this agency. Because we do not wish to disclose the specific professional environment(s) involved, we will keep certain details private, but we collectively felt it was important to publicly address the grotesque behavior and hygiene concerns we witnessed behind the scenes. Diana Hare-Gantchev and her daughter Emi Gantchev arrived on numerous jobs with a strong and noticeable odor that raised concerns among our team and many others throughout the industry. More alarmingly, both had visible ringworm infections on their chest, arms, and back. Additionally, Emi had severe bodily acne all over her chest, which was very visually unappealing to our clients and sparked multiple complaints. Some wardrobe items ultimately had to be disposed of as a precautionary measure, resulting in financial losses for production. After these matters were discussed among all of us, attention was drawn to an episode of the podcast "Off the Runway" by Pamela Green (available on Spotify), in which Diana openly spoke about infrequent bathing habits involving both herself and her children around the 16:00-19:00 timestamp. This should not be taken lightly, particularly in professional environments involving shared wardrobe, close physical proximity, and client interaction. With Hantavirus and other illnesses continuing to spread, maintaining proper hygiene is important for the safety of staff, clients, and fellow models. Another concern that many of us found incredibly tone deaf was Diana publicly boasting on her profile about receiving $10,000-$20,000 luxury healthcare and longevity treatments when many people are struggling to afford basic necessities, prescriptions, rent, groceries, and even standard medical care. At a time of widespread economic stress, inflation, layoffs, and rising healthcare costs, publicly flaunting extremely expensive wellness treatments came across to many people as deeply out of touch, classist, and lacking awareness of the reality most working people are facing right now. Combined with the repeated hygiene concerns, it created an overall impression that many of us found deeply unprofessional and disconnected from the people around her. Multiple individuals privately discussed how uncomfortable and off-putting this was, especially within environments where other models, stylists, assistants, and creatives are often underpaid and financially struggling. Not only that, but there was repeated behavior we witnessed behind the scenes toward other models. On numerous occasions, we heard Diana openly slandering significantly younger women in the industry who came from less-fortunate backgrounds, making degrading and deeply unprofessional remarks about their appearance, careers, and reputations, while simultaneously using nepotism to prop up her own daughter who, by all regards, benefited from privilege, connections, and opportunities many of these girls never had access to in the first place. What was especially disturbing was hearing her brag about using her connections and "influence" to get certain models blacklisted or pushed out of opportunities. It created an extremely toxic and hostile environment that many people quietly noticed but were afraid to speak about publicly. Furthermore, it must be also be exposed that Diana has leveraged her position as a "modeling coach" to prey upon her underage and younger, vulnerable students and disguising her predatory behavior as "mentorship." When confronted, she systematically destroys the reputations of her young victims, using her industry influence to blacklist and silence them. Compounding this depravity, Diana shamelessly lets Emi, who is only 15, attend modeling jobs where she is seen with other underage girls draped all over older men, with Page Parkes Agency facilitating this disgusting arrangement. Diana also subjects Emi to inappropriate photo shoots--having her pose half-naked in front of older male photographers in ways that no young girl should ever have to be subjected to. The optics are incredibly disturbing, especially as the Epstein Files continue to release and the modeling industry gets caught up in the same web of exploitation. Because of this, we will be including Page Parkes Agency in any future reports and exposés, and they will have to now endure any consequences that may arise. We are escalating this to multiple public platforms and legal authorities where Page Parkes Agency's censorship and cover-up tactics will be rendered completely powerless.

I have graduated from the 1300 hour program now so I have had ample time in this school…read more The amount of hands on practice you will get totally depends on you. Come in early to get more practice or stay late if needed. They are flexible with time. As long as you make the effort there is no problem. They push for you to use scrap metal from the Recycle bin daily to get the most use out of the metal. All you need is a beveled edge to weld so i am not sure what the real complaints are there. Even with the scrap pipe, there is always something to weld to, most time you just have to grind off a tack weld. People complaining about this are just lazy, there is PLENTY to weld on. As for complaints about Welding Rods, This is true, but this is all derived from the students again. If the students would Use the full rod instead of just burning the first 6 inches and trying to get a new rod this wouldn't be an issue. this is not an exaggeration... they will burn one rod doing one pass on some bevel plate then toss that rod for a new rod to run another bead so they don't have to work on their tie-ins. There is always plenty of gas to use for mig/flux and Tig. You can also work on a few side projects if you have time/motivation. My final note with this school is, if you do the 1300 hour program, there is really not much for you to do. It's just all extra practice. You have access to the High Frequency machine for doing some aluminium welding but there is really a limited amount knowledge from the instructors regarding aluminium welding. I learned most of what i know from youtube and trial and error. Plenty of time there at the school to try things, but not instruction when it came to aluminium. It would be nice if there were more exotic metals to work with for the 1300 hour program but they do not offer that, just additional time doing what you are doing in the 900 hour program. Pros: No limit to the amount of hands on you can do. You will use scrap a lot. Plenty of gas mig/flux/tig Cons: limited material types to use. (Carbon steel plate and pipe, stainless pipe, aluminum plate are all thats offered. There are a couple others for purchase tho.) Limited knowledge when it comes to aluminium welding from the instructors. Had fun, would recommend, Just don't be lazy, you have to burn to learn.

Current student at UTI. Collegiate Housing scammed funds…read morepaid to for them substandard living quarters.  Not only are they taking my money, but they are also saying that we are not entitled to any housing assistance.  I am incredibly frustrated with these accommodations. CHS has the WRONG move-in date (9th instead of 10th) again, charging us more!  Essentially, I paid close to $800 for what amounts to 9 days! I want my money back!! This situation is unacceptable!  We made it clear to CHS that at my son does NOT have transportation! Please correct this situation!  Neither Andrew nor I went to Houston only to be taken advantage of. I am very disappointed in this entire program.

To help our students prepare for life, prepare for careers and have a plan for their future. In our welding program we have over 150 years of combined experience. Our HVACR instructors are running close to that and our Auto and DIesel instructors run way above that. While some students may have some challenges with some instructors, thats understandable and never an excuse to have some attitude disparities, remember in life, you will deal with that, you will have co-workers and bosses that you will not get along with. I signed up for an EKG technician course during this pandemic to hopefully get my foot in the door…read moreat a better job. From the beginning I should've known that the school is not a reputable school. They are worried about taking your money right away before giving you a curriculum or even a tour of the school. The classroom I was personally in fits 3 people and the equipment used to taught the course was all non functional. The first day was a mandatory CPR course (which i get why you need in the medical field) but all it was was showing us a video that asked us to follow the video with a dummy that we did not have. When Dr. Raymond came back in the room he taught the most basic cpr instructions on a a gross looking dummy for about 10 minutes. The classrooms were full of old unusable equipment and photos of students from the early 2000's. I learned everything straight from the book/the internet on my own. Dr. Raymond's lectures are about 10 minutes long (if you're lucky) where he says nonsensical things or reads straight from the book. I asked him questions countless times and was left more confused than before as it was like he didn't know what he was talking about. He accidentally left me a voicemail talking trash about his students with the other teacher(his wife) and how students all think they know everything. At the end of my course I took my test in person and in writing(not electronically) and did not hear back anything about my results. I finally called and was answered by a rude receptionist saying she was sure she sent me the link to my certificate. Dr. Raymond did not offer me job placement even though I made sure to ask when I signed up if that's something they did. His wife assured me that they did. Instead I got a call from him offering to pay me $9 an hour to teach his EKG course for 2 hours a day, 2 days a week. (So a whopping $36 a week to teach others things I barely learned on my own) TLDR: do not go here if you want a real education. If you want to pay to go sit in a gross outdated classroom, read straight from a book everyday, and listen to the Doctor take personal phone calls while sitting in class with you trying to read about what he's about to "lecture" you on then this is the place! Also beware and ask about ALL THE FEES. As the test is not included, nor is CPR.

The instructor Allistor, was a wonderful teacher, and answered all of our questions. He was extremely patient and thoroughly identified different methods to locate veins. He also explained how to poke and draw blood using different needle gauges. Allistor was definitely a team leader and I genuinely enjoyed this course.. I was encouraged to read both the Phlebotomy Third Edition book and also the Phlebotomy Quick Study flyer. Highly Recommend taking this program!

From day one, I felt abandoned and left to figure things out entirely on my own. The staff and teachers simply do not do their jobs, failing to provide any meaningful assistance or support to students. The expectation here is that you handle everything by yourself, which is incredibly frustrating and not conducive to learning. I've learned next to nothing during my time at Fortis Institute because the teachers do not engage or assist in any meaningful way. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with this school. I would never recommend Fortis Institute to anyone. Save your time and money and look for a better institution that actually cares about its students' education and success.

Very unfair and inconsiderate when it comes to students. She's been here for years so I assume my complaints won't be acknowledged, I'm sure I am not the first person to complain about her. Fortis need to do better and hire people who care about their students and aren't using their position unethically. She has made me very discouraged, and I am considering dropping out and finding another school. I haven't had any other problems with any other instructors other than her. My whole class complains amongst ourselves but no one wants to complain to the school. But I do not care, I took a loan out and I'm not getting the education I'm paying for. She doesn't follow the lesson plans that are in our modules, so we are unprepared for assignments. I think I'm going to have to drop out and go to another school because this woman is on a power trip.

I would like to say I truly loved this school minus the few up and downs…read more The LMRT program is great and I'm thriving in the work place! Yes this school is expensive... but it is worth it. You can still work while in the program unlike lone star. It is pretty easy to study the material. If you're going into to LMRT program use the site called Purpose Games and follow KayMich! It helps a lot!! I will be doing the Online RT program soon! Now there was some confusion when the program directors were switched but it was pretty smooth. The externship placement was pretty stressful and finding a job was stressful. It took someone 3 months to reach out to help me find a job.
