My banking business this past Friday only required a Regions ATM. I stopped at Regions bank on…read moreSaraland Blvd. Saraland Al. Their ATM was out of order, not an uncommon for this ATM machine. Not wanting to get in the massive line that stretches around the build, I head out in search for another ATM. I arrive at Regions bank on Industrial parkway, Saraland Al. They're cars from the drive thru all the way out of the parking lot. Once I got around the building I see that 2 of the 5 drive thurs are out of service. Since there were less cars in the drive up than the ATM I get to tell someone "I'm not happy!" After sitting in line for over an hour I reach the Teller. I'm hot (a/c is broken) , tired and very upset. P.O.ed is what I was. When the Teller greeted and ask what she could do for me today, I was sooo mad, I said fine thank you and sent her the tube. My problem wasn't with the lady that was working hard to serve the customers. My problem is with Regions bank for not hiring enough employees to give their customers prompt quality service. Regions bank doesn't maintain it's equipment. ATMs that don't work are common. Drive thru lines that are down due to maintenance or shortage of employees. Either way a customer should never have to experience the sorry service I received this past Friday. I'm looking for a new banker, I may look into virtual banking.

I love that they have an ATM that gives denominations other than $20 bills. Their outside needs a little updating but I will continue going there because of its location.
