The structure of the tub is solid but the years of use had worn down the finish and it was impossible to have it appear clean. Despite getting quotes to rip out the tub and install a shower, I opted for working with Miracle Method. The cost for the alternative was above and beyond my budget. Our bathroom tile was great too so having a newly finished tub and drain kit installed has kicked off inspiration to begin updates. Getting a quote from Bobby was easy to schedule and because I couldn't be there during his visit I dialed him to discuss the details. He was patient and helpful. Calling to schedule my appointment was also fantastic. The lady assisting me was lovely. We got an appointment in only a week and I only had to put down a 10% deposit. Our technician arrived on time , both days. He was open to answering questions about his process and allowed us to step in periodically to see the work. The process does create a smell and you'll want to have some fans on hand if possible to circulate the air. Saying that, no issue to be near the space which is close to all of our bedrooms. I love the finished product. So proud to show it off and can't wait to update the space with new accessories, paint, etc.

One day for drop-off of materials and the other day for installation. While the finished product is solid and I'm pleased, this experience lacked the polish of our first two installs. The "bummers" included the team arriving fairly late, almost 1-2 hrs than planned. Installation didn't finish in the one day we were scheduled. It took them 3 days and they weren't consecutive, so it took more like 3 weeks. The team didn't install pads on furniture, like the other installs, and it resulted in deeply scratched boards that had to be pulled up and replaced again. Thankfully we had extra material. The good that was appreciated included well cut corners for the kick board, took accountability for the scratches and fixed without a fight, and agreed to install a very small piece of footboard we didn't originally have in place. Note: pay by check to avoid any credit card fees. My husband paid the deposit with a credit card, which I asked him not to do, so they credited the card and let me pay the full amount by check. If you're considering flooring I do recommend you call them. We have gotten quotes easily and quickly, which is the first step in project planning. Knowing what to budget is half the battle.
