Made the molds, and after 6 weeks, I called to see what was taking so long for the crowns to be made. They said it is taking longer because of COVID. Then I called two weeks later & I was told, oh, we are sorry, they are here. So there's that. Then while working, the female "Dentist" was basically cackling like a 10 year old. Over the next few months, I kept feeling a discomfort in one of the two teeth they put a crown on. I had already decided that I was not going back to this place again. After it started to swell and became more painful, I went to a new dentist. They received the prior x-rays & took their own. In two seconds, he said "They put a crown on a tooth with an abscess in the root, it is clear as day on the x-ray they took". I now had to have oral surgery to remove the entire tooth, clean the root & needed a bone graft as the abscess had gone into the bone leading to my sinus. I will now have a 3-4 month recovery, and will need a $4 - $5,000 implant. So in summary, don't go to this place.

I went to visit Doctor Tony Matheny at Stuart Dental Spa because I spend a lot of time in video…read moreconferences and have been self-conscious of my smile for a long time. My front teeth were not straight, and one was not aligned with the others. I had not gone to see a Dentist for many years because I was told that at my age (I'm over 60), I would need to wear braces for more than two years and it was a very costly process. But after Doctor Matheny evaluated my situation, he suggested that my smile could be fixed with just one veneer and some shaping of the surrounding teeth. Two weeks after my initial consultation I had a brand-new smile! I am no longer self-conscious, and in fact, I smile as much as I can when I'm in a video conference now. Dr. Matheny is a perfectionist and did a terrific job of not only creating the perfect veneer to fix the tooth that was out of alignment, but he also shaped the upper and lower teeth to give me the best smile possible...all in just one sitting! Not to mention the time and money I saved when compared to wearing braces for over two years.
