To me - this shows that this office and this doctor have heart. I am very serious when I say that if I lived within 60 miles I would go here because I have a real fear of the dentist. I go about every 6-8years because of my fear. This act of kindness, of humanity shows me that these people would not ignore my fear. They would be compassionate and kind. Then she arranged a call between Dr. Zen (Dr. Maxson's office) and the endodontist. They discussed the diagnosis and the CT scan findings. The endodontist agreed to accept the CT scan from Dr. Maxson's office. I was extremely pleased the way Penny immediately responded to my review and advocated for me with the endodontist. I further discovered that Dr. Maxson's office proactively takes the CT scan at a discounted price to help patients save on this costly procedure as other specialists charge a much higher price for the CT scan. I really appreciated the proactive actions by Penny and the support from Dr. Zen to help me with the referring endodontist. I want to thank Penny for her excellent customer service.
