These guys act like clowns who need a crash course in customer service, professionalism, and how to build loyalty--because right now, they have NONE. And the worst part? You can literally see their ugly demeanor toward other unsatisfied customers too. It's not just me--they treat people poorly across the board. This place is a disgrace to what customer service is supposed to be. Avoid this dump. I'll happily go anywhere else. NEVER coming back.

Arriving we were greeted by a friendly man. My wife floated while I got a massage, and then we swapped. The massage was AMAZING. The therapist was so knowledgeable about the muscles and body as a whole. We left with so much wisdom. He even showed us stretches to do at home. I felt like I was worked on by a surgeon. The float was so awesome. You just fall into like a trance like experience, and feel like you are floating in space. You are free to open the door if you need to, turn on the light, wipe your face off if you get any salt in your eye, and etcetc. Its is just a peaceful experience. I was just a walk in and Austin, the owner who was in the front, said that I was welcome to stay but a haircut may not happen that day. Well, man, did I get lucky. Once Jay was finished with his customer in front of me he skipped his lunch break and put me in his chair (with a warning that if his scheduled appointment showed up after his break then I might have to wait a few hours or get on his calendar for the following Monday. As Jay was working on me Austin told him that there was the cancellation that I was hoping for. Jay is just an awesome guy with serious talent when it comes to cutting and shaping hair!
