Let's just say this is the best physical therapy place around! I have been coming here for a few years now. The Doctors and the rest of the staff are amazing. All very well trained, and really care about their patients as they would take care of their own family and friends. Tammy has been my personal therapist from the very start. She is awesome! She is very friendly, has a great sense of humor, and really cares about her patients. She always listens to all the questions I may have(I usually have a lot of them LOL) and answers them thoroughly, and never makes me feel like I'm taking up way to much time like some Doctors, or therapists do. I have a very crazy schedule between work and just life all around, and they manage to always accommodate me very quickly. The atmosphere is wonderful and stress free. One time I had a little car issue, and one of the clinical coordinators Jessica came to pick me up! They really have a special place for sure in my heart for everything they have done for me. This place is the benchmark that all other physical therapy practices should follow. The care and effectiveness of both the PT doctor's expertise and abilities are unmatched. I have tried numerous practices, and while some were better than others, none have compared to this particular practice. Tammy in particular is the best around. I discovered the practice by default 3 years ago when my daughter, who was a competitive gymnast had a bad injury. We had been using another practice, but due to how amazing and effective Tammy was, not to mention her extensive knowledge of the body and exception bedside manner, we decided to keep seeing her. Each time my daughter had an injury, she knew exactly what to do to get her back in shape and ready to resume her sport. I also have had a number of issues myself, and she has she has been nothing short of amazing. Pains I had where most would just go to a doctor and take pain meds, were gone after Tammy's treatments. These guys are also far better than a chiropractor, as their goal is to get you off treatment, not dependent. We recently moved, but still travel extra just to see Tammy. read more

I have been coming here now for about 6 weeks and now also have my son here. I cannot even say enough about this place. They are the most friendliest, warm and caring staff I have ever met. I go to a lot of doctor offices where there is no warmth or concern and this place by far is the best I have ever been to. My schedule is always changing and they are always willing to accommodate to schedule me so I get in the 3 times a week I need to be there. Every doctor and staff member there knows you my name ( even the ones that I don't even see). My son came for FMS screening with Dr. Andrew Kelly. He is absolutely amazing. He has helped matt tremendously and even comes in on a day off here and there to see matt when I can't keep him on schedule. They handle all of the insurance stuff that I hate so much. All I do is bring the check when it comes in the mail. Every single Doctor there is amazing. I see Jess and Carrie. They are truly amazing. Not sure I want my physical therapy to ever end. read more

I started here last yr due to knee problems ,since then i had surgery for 2 partial knee replacements & chose to return .From the min. you walk in the door the receptionist greet you with a warm welcome & are right on point w/ your schedule. i have been under the care of Dr.Tammy & their are not enough words to describe the tender ,compassionate way she treats you & your problem it is amazing to me how she handles so many daily patients with always a smile & tenderness. The facility in it self is immaculate & refreshing along w/ the entire staff & they all know you by name which makes you feel like family .At the end of 10 wks she had me walking without a walker & cane ,i look forward to my sessions & always leave feeling great. I highly recommend this facility for all of the above reasons. My shoulder condition had worsened to the point that I felt surgery was almost inevitable. As a last resort, I decided to try Wayne Physical Therapy before scheduling the surgery. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and enthusiastically worked with me to regain full motion in my shoulder. In addition to my in-office therapy, the staff provided me with a set of at-home exercises that I could use to expedite my recovery. My symptoms resolved after weeks of treatment. Thankfully, I ended up avoiding surgery. When my physical therapy 'graduation day' arrived, I was happy that my problem had resolved... but I knew that I would miss interacting with the staff. I've been going to this place for a month now seeing Dr. Nick 2X a week even on snow blizzard days. I'm happy to say pain I had in my elbow for over 5 mos. is now almost gone, wish I came sooner. Everyone is so friendly, the place is clean & they have great healthy snacks which works for me since I'm there on my lunch break. They work with my out of pocket insurance, so I'm not worried about that part of it. They really care about making me better & so far so good. I enjoy going there & am always greeted with a warm welcome & leave with have a great day. I have never had physical therapy before and I am having a wonderful experience. The facility is clean and well lit. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. They even offer treats! The doctors are extremely kind and pleasant. They have all introduced themselves to me, creating a family type atmosphere. I love my doctor, Jessica. She is knowledgeable, gentle, and lots of fun to talk to! I can feel the progress we have made as I am gaining strength and mobility. Even though Wayne Orthopedic is out of network for me, they are accepting what my insurance will pay. I strongly encourage anyone to make an appointment! read more

I recently saw Dr. Nick Mangone for a minor jaw issue, and with his help I saw improvement after my first session. The entire staff is friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. It is clear that they are all highly qualified and are thorough with their examinations and treatments. The office is very clean and staff would frequently sanitize all surfaces. All COVID-19 safety procedures are followed. The office felt extremely safe. I would certainly go back to Wayne Orthopedic if needed and would recommend the practice to anyone! read more
