Front desk in Englewood recently staffed by some new rude uncaring folks, including the office manager. The Drs are OK but be careful as they were bought out by summit health so profits come before patients and this hurts the Drs too who have to deal with this new business culture & over-booking. My Drs there have been good as well as some front desk people but it's hit or miss. Lately for me it was more misses / wrong test done on sample, interference with Dr-Pt relationship, and over booking. Hope the upper level managers are listening so the Docs are not discouraged & the patients do not stop coming. read more

I met Dr. Li in May 2021. I was looking for a female urologist and being in the insurance business did some research. So happy I found her. She is easy to talk to and very professional. She has performed 2 procedures on me and found Dr. Li helpful and informative. She is not an alarmist but does tell you like it is which I find refreshing. Dr. Li also goes over everything with you, inclusive of tests and reports. I would definitely recommend her as a physician. read more

We love Dr. Cha - he's wonderful. But the office is poorly run. The 'current' staff is rude and you call day after day and never get a person or a call back so you are screwed in an emergency. I've had to drive to the office after calling for 3 days and leaving messages and still not getting a call back. The office was never like this but now (Dec 2021) it's not good. And they have the nerve to have a sign up that says BE NICE TO THE STAFF THAT SHOWED UP FOR WORK TODAY. Unfortunately I am going to have to look for a new doctor for my mother. read more

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Li at this location. I was nervous seeing a urologist at 26, but she made me feel at ease every time I saw her. Not only that, she cracked me up so many times! Because of my age and the results my primary care physician found, Dr. Li was very cautious and always made me feel like I was in good hands. Could the ladies behind the counter be nicer? Absolutely, but it's a small price to pay. read more

Dr. Zinman is a wonderful doctor. He made me feel comfortable as it is not very common I find myself at a urology facility. Dr. Zinman took his time with me and answered all my questions. He is friendly and personable. Dr. Zinman's staff at the Clifton office are nice, knowledgeable, and organized. Angel is a wonderful medical assistant. She took me to my room in a timely manner. She provided me with some information on what to expect during my visit with Dr. Zinman. Angel is kind,caring and highly professional. I would recommend Dr. Zinman and his staff to my nearest and dearest of all friends and my family. I feel genuinely cared for and not just a dollar sign. read more

To be honest I was a patient here for many years so it's very disappointing to see how this office and mission has changed since first going. Going here for my checkup I was asked to pay everything up front. My Insurance is an HRA with a 2500 dollar deductible however (like most HRA plans) my employer pays the first 1200. Which is untouched and available. All they have to do is follow normal procedure and bill the insurance company. I was told that they will not do that and they want all the money up front. I thought it was kind of rude especially since i've been a patient here for 10 years and always paid anything above my policy as my records have shown. I understood and I told them I would have the Insurance company call and my HR department. to insure payment. Still to no avail. Even after explaining logically they would be guaranteed payment they refused to see me. My last effort was to call the doctor directly and explain the situation. Same issue. Only quoting the policy but not addressing the fact that I was a person or wanting to help me in any way as a human being. Honestly I thought the whole situation was kind of heartless and for no valid reason for 91 dollars. My 10 years as a patient was worth me getting a new doctor and not using their service anymore. This business is a textbook example of what's wrong with healthcare in the US. People making arbitrary decisions about your health based on invalid information and policy that someone somewhere wrote in some dark room somewhere. After thinking about it I guess it's good to understand what kind of business this was. Thank god it was just a checkup and not something life threatening they were making a decision about. So I got a new doctor and new practice so in the end I think it was better not to use their services. For fear of what else I would encounter. At least we have a free market and people can still decide how they want to be treated. But as people they should really be ashamed of themselves... I know I would. read more

Today I had a follow-up for an ultrasound and agreed to see their physician assistant LEONARD STALLER, who was not only disrespectful of my time but also unapologetic and sarcastic. My appointment was for 11am but I was seen an hour and 15 minutes later. What medical office makes a patient wait this long during a pandemic? This guy has very poor bedside manners and talks with arrogance. He ordered blood work and assured me it only takes "2 minutes" after the long wait. When I asked for an exit direction from their staff, this PA replied "that way and will only take you 2 minutes to get out." This guy has very poor customer service. The consult with him was more a disclaimer than helpful. I will never see the ASSISTANT of a physician who thinks he is better than a real physician. read more

I saw Dr. Sharon Li for lower abdomen pain. She diagnosed me with a horrible disease with out examination or tests. She performed surgery on my bladder and almost destroyed it. I finally went to have a second opinion and found out Dr. Li misdiagnosed me. She put me threw Hell with her unnecessary tests. I will never forgive her for what she did to me. She made me believe I had a horrible, in curable disease. I found out It was all a lie to get money from me. I really think she is the most dishonest and unprofessional doctor I have ever met. She returns phone calls, answers any and all questions I have had regarding my care and respects me as an individual. We are so dissatisfied with this office. We will not be coming back. The office was always rude when we called. We are your customer, not the other way around. We came in twice, the first time for the consultation. I have a 17 month old and they kept me waiting for 30-40 minutes. The doctor was ok. Not great for being a pediatric urologist, but a somewhat pleasant man with ok bedside manner. I did feel extremely rushed, he spent 5 minutes, and didn't really give us much information. The 2nd time we went back, we were told he would try to do the procedure in the office, before going to surgery. We were kept waiting in the room for 30 minutes. The doctor, Matthew Shahbandi, finally came in and said undress her and lay her down on the table. 20 minutes went by and he never came back until I went and got him from his desk. He wasn't even with a patient. Just sitting at his computer while we were waiting with a naked toddler.It takes 2 seconds to get her into a diaper, why did he leave to begin with? She obviously couldn't lay down for 20 min, so she proceeded to pee on the floor since she was cold without a diaper. Nice hu? Once he came in, he wasn't able to do the procedure, which was not a problem, but said someone would be calling us to schedule the surgery within a week. A week went by, no phone calls. My husband called twice, no call backs. I understand people are busy, but so am I. I have 3 kids and full-time jobs, just like doctors. Again, I am your client and we are paying you, not the other way around. I will now be going to another doctor and starting the process again. I would rather pay again and be treated with respect and maybe a smile, than to ever have to deal with this rude office staff again. read more

After being a regular at hospital emergency rooms while passing kidney stones and the unpleasant and painful symptoms that accompany stones, I had a large one that needed more invasive intervention. I researched online and my GP agreed that Dr. Sharon Li was a VERY good choice. I needed two procedures, about a month apart and Dr. Li explained everything to me and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Some concerns arose prior to the procedure that could complicate matters and Dr. Li did not hesitate to refer me to a hospital and called ahead to notify them of my situation and they were prepared for my arrival. Dr. Li was available to me by phone and answered all of my concerns/questions very well. Upon follow up, I was told the type of stone I had and Dr. Li gave me some dietary changes I could make to reduce the chances of having another stone. I followed her advice and have been stone free since then except for a small one hanging out in one kidney that has been there for some time and at the last check, has not gotten any larger. I feel like I have been given a new lease on life and have taken control of stone formation and have decided I'd rather do without them. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Li to anyone looking for a urologist for the first time, a change in doctors or being new to the area. read more
