The worst care I have ever had from a Health Clinic. I came in to have my ear wax flushed out from my right ear. The P.A. jammed the syringe into my ear so hard that it started to bleed. My ear is now so sore and swollen that I might need to see a specialist. Both she and the Doctor could care less about it. The Doctor said just take some drops. Pathetic! read more

I would give 6 stars if I could. This past December I woke up with a sore throat. Assuming it was simply allergies or a head cold, I didn't rush to a doctor. Within a day I developed a fever that spiked at 101. I tried to go to Minute Clinic, only to find that they now require appointments. So much for urgent care. I came here and as able to get right in. The office staff was welcoming and made it clear they wanted to help. Within only a few minutes a doctor was in the exam room checking my throat and vitals. They did both Strep and Covid tests on site. They set me up with a prescription to help with my throat and fever. They took time to answer questions and address concerns. When I suddenly felt sick (dizzy, nauseous, very warm, and sweaty) they immediately did what they could to calm me down and checked everything (blood oxygen level, blood sugar, etc.). They offered to call for an ambulance to take me to Chilton if the issue continued. Luckily it passed within a few minutes. I did have a small issue with an odd bill that showed up today. When I called the number I was able to speak with an actual person (instead of a recording or prompts). They answered my questions and cleared things up within minutes. This is the best urgent care I have ever been to. Check in, xrays and treatment from the doctors was a total of 30 minutes. Every staff member is happy, cheerful and wanting to help you. Dr. Sheth is new there and I hope they keep her, she calmed my nerves and had the best bedside manner of any doctor I have seen. I went there June 2 after not being able to be seen at Atlantic health on Hamburg because new patient month wait. Felt so sick went to urgent care told then my throat was hurting so bad and can't stop coughing. My blood pressure and temp taken. Dr came in listened to chest said was clear looked in throat said post nasal drip . Prescribed cough Med paid full price at cvs. Was too strong asked for another the second Med had to pay full price too. On the 7 th saw my reg dr in Hillsborough was tested for flu covid and strep. Was positive for Strep. It is dangerous to have strep and not be prescribed. My dr prescribed amoxicillin at cvs no charge . Urgent care saw me 5 minutes and that would be a lot if it was 5 min. How careless in patient care. Don't go there. read more

Especially the doctor, he spent time with my mom and seemed to really care. She had a great experience. So hard to find these days. Fantastic place! Came here begging of the week after an entire week of what I knew had to be a sinus infection, after another doctor told me it was just a cold- but wasn't getting better. The facility is so clean and comfortable. Quick and to the point and I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. I cant remember my doctors name but she was a sweet, young woman who was so friendly and genuinely made me feel better and cared for. She listened as I listed my symptoms and concerns, no rushing or just writing me off as another cold. She immediately looked at my throat and sinuses (which were extremely swollen and in pain!) and went "YUP! You need anitbiotics!" After what she prescribed me, I was pretty much better by the evening (pain-wise) and have made a full recovery a day and a half later. Cant say enough about this place and the staff! read more

I went here with my children on 1 /22/2021 . The front desk is very helpful and the PA was great. However, the medical Assistant who performed the Covid test was awful. Her bedside manner was very unprofessional. She took my sons temperature in his ear without first placing a probe on it . When it came time to swab my eight-year-old son's nose (he showed some hesitancy) she got very frustrated and saiid, " come on already - let's go!" Be aware of a heavy set Latino young woman. If you get her request another assistant or ask the provider to perform it. Or head over to PM pediatrics to get your children tested. read more

I was greeted by a kind lady at the counter when I walked in. Registration process was quick and easy. The doctor saw me for about 2 minutes in total. They told me I had a sinus infection, even though I said I had a sore throat. Was a little displeased that they didn't even test me for strep prior to giving me antibiotics. I visited the NJ Doctors Urgent Care location in Pompton Plains today for the second time in approximately 3 months (for very different reasons). I love this place! The urgent care location near me closed down last year and I worried about finding another location that was as compassionate and efficient as the place I'd gone to for many years. During my first visit, the doctor (whose name I can't recall) and nurse Danielle were absolutely wonderful and thorough in addressing my presenting issue. Today, Dr. Singh and, again, Danielle, were prompt with diagnosis and treatment, and made me feel that they were attentive to my concerns and the course of recommended treatment. I went to this urgent care today for an emergency. First of all I would like to say that the staff and the radiologist and the medical assistant were all great. What was terrible was the doctor. He barely examined me. He only pressed on my forehead and cheeks. He never even examined my eyes which was a major concern for me. He didn't do any other type of examination of anything else. He didn't ask me anything. When I told him what areas were hurting He actually looked annoyed that he had to check it out. I mean I'm not there for a physical or wellness visit. I'm there because it's urgent. He spent less than 5 minutes with me. He literally kept trying repeatedly to leave the room when I was speaking and I had to stop him twice to get him to turn around to listen so he could examine the areas I had concerns about. I left there completely frustrated and he did not explain anything to me. He didn't even tell me his name. I was hoping he could at least let me know what he thought was going on but instead he just said you need a script and left the room. He made me feel unimportant and a waste of his time. The reason why I went there was because my doctor stated I needed to go. I didnt want to but my headaches were worse and I was having blurry vision, palpitations, pain in my right thigh and shoulder and pain in the left side of my neck. Why are doctors who treat patients like dirt in the health care profession in the first place?!! Go be a trader or investor if all you want is money! Absolutely disgusted at his treatment of me today. It's not like they were busy either. He was just rude, dismissive and completely insensitive or informative. I received 1 script for a ct scan and got 2 xrays while I was there. I received the results over the phone approximately 1 hour later by the radiologist that was there. I received no documentation of my visit upon leaving or anything else. How unprofessional and in my opinion blatantly unethical this doctor was. I am extremely upset and I still don't know what is going on and I will need to go see my doctor to get a proper examination as I told her what had occurred and she was furious. Was there on August 1 with my daughter who hurt her ankle...they took X-Rays told us nothing was broken...the radiologists wasn't even there to review the Xrays...ankke became more swollen...took her to an Orthopedic doc who reviewed her Xrays and saw a clear fracture on the XRay. I arrived at the urgent Care on Sunday, November 8th at 11:15am, and I checked in, I waited for about 40 minutes, I called at 11:55am to see how many more ppl were in front they said 20 minutes and 6 ppl in front of me, which I was okay with because I know they were in front of me. I went in at 12:25 since I had not heard anything from them, and I asked the woman in front Maria, sorry quick question how many more people are in front of me I was told 20 minutes and I'd be called in 25/30 minutes ago and she started giving me answers like we've seen 80 people today, again I asked how many more people in front of me and she says we saw 80 people, I said okay I didn't ask you that which is when she finally said 5 people so I asked how is that possible then she said their internet went down and "YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE" I said no, since I had been waiting there and I asked her who her office manager was and she says herself, I said you? Well you're rude and disrespectful so I said whatever I'll wait and I just don't understand and walked away so she goes and you're still going Im like and you're still being RUDE and disrespectful I was upset and I called her a stupid b**** and she obviously heard me as I was walking out she called me about 10 minutes like we spoke to our office manager and he's refusing you service I called RIGHT back, & said I need to speak to your office manager they said he's not here but your employee said she was the office manager so I need to speak to him. They said he would give me a call, another 20 minutes passes so I called again inquiring about when he would give me a call and MARIA answers the phone still being rude and disrespectful and I had her on speaker so everyone in my vehicle heard her. Then the office manager Dr.Singh gives me a call and says he refused me service because I called his staff member a stupid b**** I explained to him I became irate when she decided to tell me I could go somewhere else and continued talking crap as I walked out.
