We had fun at our engagement shoot and learned a lot to help ourselves the day of the wedding. They're great coaches with a keen eye. These two are imaginative, fun, flexible, and willing to go the distance. Everything was easy with them [ Even though our group may not have been for them! ;) ] Great at managing people for a shot. It's like herding kittens, but they got it! Wedding day, they were happy to be wherever we were going to be. Organized and stayed on target of our timeline and plans that they requested ahead of time. And actually it was all fashioned after the realllllly helpful guides found on their website. So don't tell them, but they practically planned our wedding day. Shhhhhhhhh The results speak for themselves through the many mouths of our friends and family being absolutely stunned by their photography. People thought that things were photoshopped that weren't. They do some touch up photoshop work for you and maybe a special embellishment if you like, but they are able to capture amazing angles and lighting that is all them and their talent. You need to know what you look like through their lenses!

Our wedding was small and had ONE big hiccup (Important family members were late) and so the wedding started later than normal. But with everything that happened, they were AWESOME. They were accommodating by bringing umbrellas when it rained and took everything as it came with the "no worries' attitude! My husband can be a man of few words most of the time with the "its cool" answer to everything... but he has nothing but kind and sincere words about Jason and Cydney and how wonderful they were the day of. Our photo session was June 10th, 2017 and we just got our photos a week ago. I tried to reach her via phone, website, email and facebook with no responses. Last week another client told me she had to threaten Kamieo with legal action to get her photos so I did the same via a facebook message and I did finally get a response. After 10 months of waiting and not even an apology just a zip file in my email with 8 pictures in it. We will not use her again and were shocked when we started hearing from other customers that they also had the same issue. Many who still don't have their photos. Very frustrating and dissapointing to have someone we had used for several years treat us that way. Save yourself the hassle and choose a reputable photographer.

When I found out I was pregnant it was the perfect opportunity for maternity photos. It's a tricky thing when you're hiring a photographer because you never know if they are going to capture that feeling/ ambiance you are looking for. More importantly you never know if you'll work well together. If you don't feel comfortable with the photographer or if they don't give you enough direction, the pictures won't turn out. Being a sometime photographer myself, I am pretty picky when it comes to photos. Carl was thorough in giving tips for before the shoot like what to wear, making a Pinterest board, etc. He was very relaxed when we met which made it easy to spend the next 1.5 hrs together. What I appreciated the most is that he took the time to make sure the pose and lighting was just right. He also paid attention to details like my hair or if something was on my dress or patting down weeds. Most importantly, he has the eye for creative shots. He nailed the vibe I was going for. He was very professional but also funny and very good at directing us and suggesting locations for us to get our photos taken. He made the whole process feel fun and relatively easy. We eloped on Mt. Rainier and he was a total trooper hiking all over and getting in the bushes or on boulders to take photos. He even carried our backpack for us and acted as one of our witnesses! We spent a few days going back and forth discussing what went wrong with my color selections. In the end she edited the 2 white background photos to the grey color I preferred and she edited grey from all the others as well. Unfortunately it's been well over 2 years so the extra pics I wanted to go through have been long deleted but she offered to refund me for the extra prints I had paid for which I think is very fair.

You deserve every bit of love, appreciation and credit for capturing my niece's beauty. My family swooned over the photos, and my sister especially appreciated how great you were to them both back in May. Before my sister gave birth back in May, she brought up the idea of having newborn photos done for her firstborn. Of course I scouted Yelp's pages thanks to other trustworthy Yelpers, Christina Mae was a top result. It also helped that she had an Instagram page, which solidified her as a top contender to reach out to. It honestly came down to communication - Tina was the most personable to correspond with, which is hard through email (I was arranging this gift from Vegas). The ease of payment was also very much appreciated (via PayPal) with the option to add more later, and her website's info on a variety of packages and prices was transparent. The same week my niece was born, my sister was able to contact Tina and schedule the newborn photo sessions within several days. Awesome flexibility. I distinctly remember my sister telling me how calming the setting was when she went for the photos, and she was definitely appreciative of that atmosphere considering how hectic things were for her beforehand. Within 1-2 weeks, my sister gets an electronic photo album to select her favorites from to purchase prints or downloads. We obviously loved all the photos she took! The quality of the photos were amazing! She captured my niece's sassy princess attitude that's been developing since then XD LOL. I should also note that our parents made my sister purchase additional photos outside of the initial gifted package amount. It's the excitement of my niece and the testament to the quality of Tina's work.
