We have two Elite Memberships at $299/mo, and unfortunately our experience at this location has steadily declined. When we joined, the location was open seven days a week, just like other iCRYO locations. Today, their website and Facebook still show hours of 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, but for weeks the hours posted on the front door have been 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and they're closed every Sunday. Today I tried to schedule appointments for Friday, July 3, using the app, but it wouldn't let me book. I called the store for help, and that's when I found out they would be closed Friday through Sunday for the holiday weekend. I completely understand being closed on July 4, but I was surprised they were also closing on Friday, which isn't a holiday. The limited hours are another issue. Being open only from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM during the week makes it very difficult for people who work traditional business hours to use the memberships they're paying for. Most working adults simply can't make those hours consistently. I was also disappointed by my interaction with the new manager a month ago. I was told I could no longer call to schedule appointments and would need to download and use the app instead. While offering an app is great, I don't understand why existing members can no longer call the location if that is their preference. The conversation was not particularly friendly or customer focused. Between the reduced hours, unexpected closures, scheduling difficulties, and decline in customer service, it's becoming harder to justify maintaining our membership. I hope management updates the online hours to accurately reflect when they're open, offers hours that are more practical for working adults, and places a stronger focus on customer service. Those changes alone would make a big difference.

What an experience! The new owners are very nice and are looking for new ways to improve.... as if…read morethey could. A small building in a plaza off DuPont, the same plaza with Buffalo Wild Wings. You go potty and go back to your private room and strip down to your birthday suit, take a shower, then climb in. The water is great and you get the option to be in complete silence or have meditation music and light or complete darkness. You float for however long your session is. Relaxing, breathing and stretching if you feel like it. Peaceful and wonderful experience. 5/5 I would do it again.

First time here and I will say I most certainly will be back! The guy who "showed me the ropes"…read morewas knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, and answered every question I could think of! He educated me about changes/renovations made recently and told me of future upgrades they are hoping to do! They've also started doing floating pillows for those who prefer their head a bit more above water-I was able to use one and definitely recommend it! About the float: Being kind of a claustrophobic person who also tends to stress (a lot) and have a hard time relaxing, I was worried that I may not receive the benefits most do. Boy was I wrong!!! Once in the pod I could feel myself relax, the music was just right (adjustable for your liking). I even shut the lid all the way AND turned off the soft blue light. I could feel every inch of my body relax and did some recommended stretching and could feel and hear parts of my body popping-it felt AMAZING! I'm pretty sure I may have even fallen asleep! I tried the oxygen bar and though there was a variety to choose I preferred the vanilla as it was soft and more mild. I was able to try something different and did the eucalyptus. Though I prefer the eucalyptus fragrance it was a bit too strong for me. Do yourself a favor and DO THIS FOR YOURSELF! Your body & wellbeing will Thank you!!!
