The salon is really cute and cozy with a tv, it reminds me of the salons I used to go to growing up. Henry helped me with my services, he was really quick and professional. I had a gel x set and he did it in a way that didn't damage my natural nail and was really gentle with the removal. He was really fast as well. He kept checking in with me to see if he was applying to much pressure, which he didn't! I asked for a nude gel mani, which he provided as well. The color he chose was one of the best choices, usually the nudes have too much of a pink undertone, but this one was a great choice. I was in and out in under an hour for both services. Both the owner and Henry were really sweet and professional!

came in to get a French tip acrylic set. The woman that I had do my nails (I'm not sure of her…read morename, but she had short bangs with some orange blonde highlights) was rude right off the bat. She was not trying to make any sort of conversation, which is fine, however she was having a conversation with the previous people. She asked me what I wanted in a rude tone, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and showed her a picture of what I wanted. I said I want this exact shape and length, the only thing I want to change is the color (from red to white). Once she started, she added glue to my nails and started putting on the extension tips. However, she didn't measure correctly and ripped them off my nails. I was taken aback, but again I understand mistakes with measurements can happen. Then she was applying the acrylic, and when I tell you I wish I had meta glasses or had been recording I really wish I had. I have never seen application done like that before. I thought it was her first time applying acrylic on the nails. The application was sloppy, and the acrylic kept falling off in clumps with my nails ending up super thick and bumpy. She asked me if the shape was okay, and I said the shape is fine, but I would appreciate it if you are them thinner. She kept getting aggressive and saying that she could not make them thinner. To which I asked again, and she replied saying that she didn't want to do that because they would break and I would complain/call and come back the next day for a replacement. I told her that I would not be back, and because I am paying for these nails, if she could file them down. (Keep in mind, if she had applied the acrylic correctly, this would have never happened.) Then she proceeds to get upset and asks me if they look okay in a very rude manner. She even turned to her coworkers and started talking about it (I assume, because of her facial expressions). I asked her why she was mad, and she said she wasn't yet proceeded to keep talking very loud with her coworkers. Finally we get to the French tip part and she got annoyed when I showed her the picture for reference on how I wanted the French tip part and some of them came out a little squiggly, but at this point I'm defeated and over it. I would not recommend getting your nails done here, the service was horrible. Notable mention: I had little cuts , and she kept pressing really hard on them while doing my nails. She also ended up cutting me with the nail drill and said sorry in the most monotone voice ever.

However, I left with my nails filed down to the point where they were very short and sensitive, and the shaping was uneven. The gel polish application also wasn't consistent. I chose a red color and there were sheer spots where you could see through the polish. It also wasn't applied close to the cuticle, and there was cured gel left on parts of my nails, which made the application look messy. I still paid and tipped because the technician was kind, but unfortunately this was my second time visiting and I wasn't impressed with the service either time. I unfortunately will not be returning. Everyone here was extremely nice and understanding. My appointment was with Camie. She made me feel so comfortable and even took extra time to make sure my piercing was lined up straight. After the appointment, she went over aftercare and even offered a free checkup after a few weeks.
