I only wanted a refund back for the pull knobs and NOPE "THEY WERE SPECIAL ORDER". THE LIST HE SENT ME WAS OFF THEIR WEB SITE AND NOTHING ON THEIR SAID ANYTHIHG ABOUT "SPECIAL ORDER". I thought it would be best to order everything at one place. WRONG AGAIN ONMY PART. I needed smaller pulls from 3 drawers and went to Lowes to find something close to match and they had the same pull handles for a fraction of the cost. Needless to say they mess up take your money and then you get screwed. I got $121.00 worth of stainless steel pull handles that i i cant use. We have no idea when they will replace the damaged cabinets, install the counters and move the cabinets that need moved to accommodate the counters. Save your money and do not waste time and stress. The so-called customer service team said they'll call us within 48 hours, no surprise, no call. We are ready to talk with an attorney !
