i order my kitchen cabinets and you don't have a big selection to chose from. The color I wanted only came in 1 kind of cabinet. I ordered my pull handles and knobs from the web site of what the had to chose from. The designer there was the one that order the amount I needed and over order many things that I didn't need. I only wanted a refund back for the pull knobs and NOPE "THEY WERE SPECIAL ORDER". THE LIST HE SENT ME WAS OFF THEIR WEB SITE AND NOTHING ON THEIR SAID ANYTHIHG ABOUT "SPECIAL ORDER". I thought it would be best to order everything at one place. WRONG AGAIN ONMY PART. I needed smaller pulls from 3 drawers and went to Lowes to find something close to match and they had the same pull handles for a fraction of the cost. Needless to say they mess up take your money and then you get screwed. I got $121.00 worth of stainless steel pull handles that i i cant use. This is experience with Cabinets to go in Murrells Inlet has been deplorable. From ordering the wrong cabinets and Dawn blaming us, then charging us an additional $800 to order the correct size cabinets, the installers damaging 40% of the cabinets when installing (butcher job). We have no idea when they will replace the damaged cabinets, install the counters and move the cabinets that need moved to accommodate the counters. Save your money and do not waste time and stress. The so-called customer service team said they'll call us within 48 hours, no surprise, no call. We are ready to talk with an attorney ! Did I mentioned spaying sawdust all over the interior of our convertible that now needs detailed ! Repugnant customer service! read more

Only reason I gave this business one start, Yelp would not allow fractions. They do tell you that deliver is included. What they leave out is if parts or pieces of your order are back ordered, they only make one delivery. The rest is up to you to come get. They do not do any installation at all. It is contracted out then subcontracted and subcontracted yet again. One subcontractor left cabinets damaged, rude to my wife, used the bathroom in our house, did not wash his hands and kept touching things in parts of our house he was not working or supposed to be. When he left for the day, he left all the doors in our house open. When contacting Cabinets to Go about the damage that was done to the cabinets we were referred to a call center, not in the US, and not English speaking. When we asked to speak to someone that we could better understand and more importantly understand us, the gentleman on the phone refused. After several calls back we finally spoke to someone with better communication skills, still a huge problem getting the mess sorted out. Countertops were finally ordered 2 months late by another subcontractor. Latest update is they have no idea when it will get in, but when it does it will be an additional 2 weeks to get cut before they can have someone install it. Oh and did I mention that all these subcontractors are not paid by Cabinets to Go and you only find this out later. We absolutely regret buying from and doing business with Cabinets to Go. Would not do it again, ever. Buyer beware. I did speak to the store manager today about all the issues and concerns, not an apology to be found. read more

Good product but TERRIBLE installers. We purchased a medium sized kitchen package for $10,000.00. They are really nice when they are selling you the cabinets but their installers are terrible. First they installed the cabinets and split almost all of the face frames so they had to be removed and replaced. The $3000.00 installation charge was wasted money. They are still fixing installation screwups 7 months later. It take months and months to get any response from these people. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

Cabinets to go had a professional come in and measure our kitchen and design our cabinet layout. We signed off on the design not thinking that we should go behind and check the professional's measurements. Come to find out the measurements were way off and the cabinets did not work for our kitchen space. When we contacted the office that sent the professional layout person over the guy said that it was our responsibility to check the contractors work and since we signed off on his layout we were responsible for the cabinets and they could not be returned. The store said that they have had issues with the contractor and his measurements and would help us straighten things out but they never did and we ended up working with Home Depot to order our cabinets to replace all the ones we purchased from cabinets to go with no refund nor a call back to explain what happened, even when we asked for the corporate to get involved. In my 58 years of living I have never done business with a company that has been this bad. It has been 12 months since we started our kitchen remodel. (Still not complete). While I knew there were going to be problems I never imagined the incompetence and total lack of professionalism from Cabinets to Go. Stephen the new store manager ( Bluffton SC) is the only one who seems to know what they are doing and who seems to care and gets things done. I don't know if he can make a difference because he is overworked with zero help. Ryan Pike who is the general manager of the area is rude and will not return phone calls until you either threaten to email the president of cabinets to go or actually email the president like I did. Ryan constantly passes the buck and tells subordinates to take care of it even if you the customer requests to speak to him. Cabinets to Go has stock cabinets and custom cabinets made by Gracious Home Custom Cabinetry. Do Not spend the extra money on the gracious home cabinets. Absolutely no difference in the quality of cabinets. In fact I think the stock cabinets are better made. Gracious home Custom cabinets is anything but custom! Lastly the sub contractor who does cabinet to go countertops was very sub standard. The company Quality Marble inc. from Summerville SC did a horrible job measuring and in the prefabrication of the countertops. Everything had to be redone on site. I am still waiting to hear back from them on why the hole for the cooktop was not centered! Very poor quality control with Quality Marble. I would not use again. The installer that Cabinets to Go uses is a company called Sawyer Home Renovation. Tony and Zack did great work and where the only smooth experience in the last 12 months in dealing with Cabinets to Go. There are plenty of kitchen remodel companies to choose from. Do not make the same mistake that I made in choosing Cabinets to Go, but if you do use them, Stephen in the Bluffton store is the only one there who knows what they are doing. CW read more

So driving by I suggested we go to cabinets to go. Robert greeted us with open arms and answered any questions we had. Had a kitchen designed by Jon Camper in North Charleston, SC . Worst experience ever. He design the kitchen with full knowledge that I wanted a counter depth fridge. I can't fit one in. He said to try Summit appliances. If I wanted a 27 inch dormitory fridge I would told him. They won't fix it, even though they know it's wrong. Quality of the cabinets is ok . However shipping took longer than I was told.When I did receive my order 2 cabinets were left out of the order 14 handles. They will intentionally leave stuff out your order and then say my bad we left it out. Now you already accepted the price thinking everything was covered and have to now kick out more money. I went from having a small kitchen to being able to have an island in my kitchen with storage under I had always dreamed of. She helped us every step of the way. She was always kind throughout the entire process and understanding. No matter how many times I wasn't sure about something. She always worked with us until we were 100 percent happy with the design. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with cabinets to go. They provided a comparable product at almost 30 percent less cost than anyone around me locally. Their staff were friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through the design of my new kitchen within an hour. They laid it out in a 3D format and had it ordered before I left. The cabinets came in within a week. I did have 2 damaged when I opened the boxes but the customer service was friendly and sent replacements within 3 days and I kept the damaged ones and used them in my workshop. The manager and staff went out of there way to make me feel comfortable and make sure I got my order fast. Also the installation was easy it was a large project over 40 cabinets and I was able to assembly and install all of them my self with one helper on a long weekend.
