The first therapist I saw (who was excellent) no longer works there, so I booked my next appointment with Laura Ries. Right after the session with Laura, I noticed some pain in my right hand. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might just be normal soreness. Instead, the pain kept getting worse day by day. Now I have sharp pain near my elbow that spreads throughout my arm whenever I move it, and it has become a real problem in my daily life. I called the place to let them know what happened, hoping for at least some guidance or concern. Instead, I was told they "can't do anything" because they're "not professional physicians." The response felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially considering the pain clearly started right after their service. Overall, this has been a very bad experience, and I'm left dealing with significant discomfort and no support from the business. I would not recommend this place based on how they handled the situation.

I had Rachel, and I had a very pleasant experience. It's a small suite, but they do the best with making it cozy and inviting. I booked a Swedish massage and had her focus on my lower back. I felt so relaxed and she was kind to make sure the pressure was right for me and that the massage table which was heated was a good temperature. She was very thorough included a stretching which did wonders for my lower back. Even with the soft music going on the walls are paper thin so you can hear the cars and when the next person came for their appointment I could hear them. Rest easy, though, for I'll never get tired of it!
