If you're considering PRF under-eye treatments at Las Vegas Aesthetics, I strongly suggest you keep…read morelooking. My history with this clinic spans several years, and each time I returned, things only got more questionable. I had my first PRF treatment with Tom in 2022. Results were minimal, but I stayed optimistic. After that, I tried a few other clinics where the technique was slower, more intentional, and the effects were noticeably better. In 2023 I gave Tom's clinic a second try. After not seeing any change post treatment, I emailed expressing my concern and instead of any meaningful follow-up or solution, he simply pushed his usual three-treatment package. That lack of care made me walk away again and return to a different provider who was more thorough and upfront. In May-June 2025, I gave the clinic one final try, hoping maybe things had improved. I received two PRF sessions spaced about a month apart, paying $1,198 in total. This is when things became even more concerning. The injections were done in under two minutes. There was no discussion of how much PRF was being used, and when I asked, he refused to give a clear answer. I was never shown the syringe or told how much was being injected, something that matters with PRF, where at least 2cc per side is considered standard. No before-and-after photos were taken to track progress, which should be basic protocol in any medical aesthetic treatment. The receipt I was given only said "PRP/PRF," with no breakdown of the treatment. During one of the visits, he casually mentioned that his blood spinning machine was making a strange sound, saying, "I've never heard that sound before." That comment alone made me uneasy about the quality and safety of what I was being injected with. When I expressed concern again about not seeing results, I was met with a defensive, dismissive attitude. He shifted blame to previous treatments from years ago and refused any form of touch-up, even though he tells other reviewers they could've just asked. If you ask questions, you're treated like a problem rather than a paying patient. At one point he even told me to "stop listening to whoever is advising you because they're wrong," as if any concern or question I brought up couldn't possibly be valid unless it came from him. Tom constantly brings up his 27 years of experience as if that should override everything else, but experience doesn't excuse cutting corners, avoiding transparency, or being unwilling to take accountability. I've now been to his clinic four separate times over the span of three years. Each visit has left me more disappointed than the last. There are better, more honest clinics in Las Vegas that won't dismiss your concerns or try to rush you through expensive treatments in under five minutes. This was a waste of money and trust, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

UPDATE: The owners response is a flat out lie, the reason all reviews are 5 star in my opinion is because they offer you free service to write a review (I was offered this). I was never irate, loud or rude to anyone and found the staff to be very friendly. They are in an Allstate building and share the office. Where I was at was in the loft. I find their statement as a defamation of character and can be proved in a court of law as a flat out lie by pulling in the allstate agent, the customer the Allstate agent had in the office, any and all phone calls had at that time because about 3 of them they had while I was in the same room, and the person that was there after me for. In addition I can pull my cell phone records to show I was never on a call while I was in their office. My complaint wasn't about the staff as they were accommodating even with me being late in which I stated in my original review. My complaint was about the service I paid for and the service I got. My complaint was about what they show on google vs. what's on site. My complaint was about what's on their website vs. what I experienced. My complaint was about what you see on Groupon vs. what you actually get in person. You better be able to back up your statement with the lies before my attorney contacts you. Because all phone records, witness's that were there in the building while I was and the customer you had there while I was there can all prove your statement is a flat out lie. THIS WAS A WASTE OF MONEY AS I WON'T BE RETURNING FOR THE REMAINDER SESSIONS SO A TOTAL LOSS OF $230. I understand when you purchase on Groupon you can expect the bottom of the barrel. It was difficult to make an appointment as they work off mobile numbers. When I first purchased I called and left a message. Someone sent me a text saying to call Maria at another number or text and she'll schedule. Called for 2 days straight and texted - no response. Reached back out to the first number and they stated they gave me the wrong number and gave me the correct one. When I called back a man answered and said to call back in 15 minutes he was on his way and this was after opening hours. Finally got the appointment for laser lipo as the Sculpt Pod is not in working order (why they are selling groupons for this product, I don't know) no directions, no address, just an appointment. The day of my appointment I was running 5 minutes late and called, they were accommodating to my lateness and at this time I asked for cross streets and was informed they were inside the Allstate building. I got there and the Allstate insurance lady was to the right speaking with someone and when I asked about this company she said "they're over there the door to the right", keep in mind there were 3 doors to the right. I was headed that way and a man opened the door. I walked into the room that is featured in these photos which was inviting and exactly like the photos. Two people were in the room constantly on the phone, the man kept telling her to take care of me and she kept taking calls and responding to text messages which was scheduling other appointments as they work strictly off of mobile phones for this business. Granted I was late so I was ok to wait. I was then walked up stairs to the full body vibration machine which they claim is better then the one down stairs. Up stairs is a loft area, here there's a box, literally 3 walls and a roof with a vibration machine in it, the ones that run about $200 on the internet with a curtain rod. I was instructed to get undressed except for bra & panties in the hallway area and to just put my purse and clothes on the floor and to put the goggles on the wall on my face. Once I was done to let her know and she could remote start the machine. She said once done, let her know and she will move me to the laser lip area. 10 minutes later the machine stopped, I got dressed, and walked out and looked over the railing of the loft and she was headed out the door. I was saying hello, I'm done and nothing. The guy heard me and came up and walked me to my "cabana" for the laser lipo. This was 4 curtain rods hanging from the roof with curtains in the open loft area. Inside was something that looked like a dental chair. Then i was handed each pad total of 12 to put on my body as I see fit. As I was laying there I heard him bring someone else in to the full body vibration box and note - this was not sanitized, granted it was just my bare feet and my face on the goggles but was not sanitized prior to someone getting in a
