If you're considering PRF under-eye treatments at Las Vegas Aesthetics, I strongly suggest you keep looking. My history with this clinic spans several years, and each time I returned, things only got more questionable. I had my first PRF treatment with Tom in 2022. Results were minimal, but I stayed optimistic. After that, I tried a few other clinics where the technique was slower, more intentional, and the effects were noticeably better. In 2023 I gave Tom's clinic a second try. After not seeing any change post treatment, I emailed expressing my concern and instead of any meaningful follow-up or solution, he simply pushed his usual three-treatment package. That lack of care made me walk away again and return to a different provider who was more thorough and upfront. In May-June 2025, I gave the clinic one final try, hoping maybe things had improved. I received two PRF sessions spaced about a month apart, paying $1,198 in total. This is when things became even more concerning. The injections were done in under two minutes. There was no discussion of how much PRF was being used, and when I asked, he refused to give a clear answer. I was never shown the syringe or told how much was being injected, something that matters with PRF, where at least 2cc per side is considered standard. No before-and-after photos were taken to track progress, which should be basic protocol in any medical aesthetic treatment. The receipt I was given only said "PRP/PRF," with no breakdown of the treatment. During one of the visits, he casually mentioned that his blood spinning machine was making a strange sound, saying, "I've never heard that sound before." That comment alone made me uneasy about the quality and safety of what I was being injected with. When I expressed concern again about not seeing results, I was met with a defensive, dismissive attitude. He shifted blame to previous treatments from years ago and refused any form of touch-up, even though he tells other reviewers they could've just asked. If you ask questions, you're treated like a problem rather than a paying patient. At one point he even told me to "stop listening to whoever is advising you because they're wrong," as if any concern or question I brought up couldn't possibly be valid unless it came from him. Tom constantly brings up his 27 years of experience as if that should override everything else, but experience doesn't excuse cutting corners, avoiding transparency, or being unwilling to take accountability. I've now been to his clinic four separate times over the span of three years. Each visit has left me more disappointed than the last. There are better, more honest clinics in Las Vegas that won't dismiss your concerns or try to rush you through expensive treatments in under five minutes. This was a waste of money and trust, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Don't know what kinda bootleg product Dr. Tom used My lips we're supposed to be the pouty look I paid for they looked straight as can be I say him mixing or perhaps watering down the needles then he said he was gonna use Novacaine dental procedure to get in my mouth area and I went along with it cause I thought he knew you was doing and then you can see it to tell me all the stuff that goes wrong with your lips while he's feeling mine and what I need to look for and when it was over, I went to go pay for it. I was grateful for my husband found me a Groupon for this location, and when I mentioned it, there was another lady sitting in the waiting room waiting to be next and shushed me and told me to come back into the area where he works and had to look up the code for the Groupon that didn't take, but he still gave me that price because he didn't want the other girl upfront to hear it was just all a big fluke to me and in the patient room, he has like pictures of him and Donald Trump and him of bands he failed in. He really changed my life. 5 years of spending enormous amount of money, laser specialist, dermatologist to fix the mistake of one person on my scars (in CA and NV) I have so many to treat around my body. Tom is my 8th person. Feeling sad and hopeless. I gave PRF another try. Another place offered it and gave me PIH! But Tom has an extensive background working with surgeries such as open hearts! that shows absolute talent and I am honored for him to work on me. I've done 3 sessions of PRF microneedling and injections. His precision and attention to detail is chefs kiss. When I saw the areas I got treated, it looked so clean! My results were phenomenal. So sad to have to give this rating. I've gone here to get lip injections twice. The first time I loved my results. The second time I was left with lumps all over my lips that are so visible. I thought the lumps would go down on their own but here I am a few months later with rock hard lips that look horrible. They are horribly uneven and now I have to go get them dissolved elsewhere. I found this business when I did a local search for affordable Dysport. I have tried Botox in the past, but wanted to give Dysport a try and this business came up in my search. I immediately checked their reviews on Yelp and saw that they had a decent amount of reviews (for med spas this isn't always common because not everyone wants to admit to getting injections, cause ya know...we're naturally beautiful! Lol). Many positive reviews was promising and then I went to their website, which I think tells a lot about a business as well. The website was nice and the ease of booking an appointment was fantastic. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment so I went ahead and booked my appointment. The next day, I received a friendly call from their front desk and they asked me if I could come in earlier because they had some cancellations. Unfortunately, I had to work so I let her know I could try to, but I may not be able to get there earlier. She responded with a super friendly "that's ok! No problem at all. We'll see you soon." I definitely expected some disappointment because I had no flexibility, but there was none at all. I already had a great feeling about this place before I walked in the door. When I got there, I walked in and the waiting area was clean and open and the same friendly front desk (Adina I think was her name) greeted me with a friendly smile and by name. By name for my very first appointment. That's good customer service on a high level right there. She had me fill out some paperwork, but we were making small talk at the same time, it just felt so welcoming. Once I was done with my forms she thanked me, said she'd be right back, got up and went to the room for a minute, came back and said he'd be right out. Not even a minute later, I was called back to the room for my appointment. So quick! Clearly, some time was taken to review my forms though because they did say I had amazing penmanship (a couple times I might add) - haha. Thomas Pulice was who did my injections and he was professional, courteous, and friendly. He asked if I wanted numbing cream before we started, which I turned down, but there was no need for it anyway. It didn't hurt at all when he did the injections. They give you discounts for referrals and for returning customers. They know how to treat their customers so you can guarantee that I'll be back and I'll bring some friends along with me next time too. read more

I was a big advocate of this doctor and this place until I had a mortifying experience that made me see the true colors of who this doctor really and how he is the least bit concerned about anyone's happiness. It's all about being defensive and being right. I've been an entrepreneur for almost 10 years now and I have NEVER treated my clients this way or they would all leave in heart beat. The disrespect I was given at this place no longer makes me a fan. I went to get a hair treatment because it was really effective for me at other med spas in San Francisco. Usually with PRP, I have always seen results. This doctor sold me a cap, PRP and shampoo kit. He told me to use for four months and then have a follow-up. I got this done at the end of January and now we are in May and my results are worse than they were in January plus I'm out of $3000. Now a doctor who really cares about their patients would not try to sell them other products. They would work with them, maybe even meet them to see what challenges they were facing and how they could go about resolving this situation so it's a win-win for everyone. This doctor is not about that at all and has lost a life long client and this is his lost, not mine. There are plenty of amazing, caring doctors out there who will help you see the best version of yourself. This person is toxic and no longer deserving of my business. Here are my results and what I received from him via text. It's worst in the back. My only advice based on my recommendation is to go to a doctor that genuinely cares. They will not threaten you with legal charges that are outrageous for sharing an honest experience with them. The doctor's response is completely egocentric and interesting. Yes, I stand in my truth and will always post honest reviews for businesses that didn't show me a genuine experience. There are so many other amazing doctors- who do you think you are to be treating your customers this way? Excuse my language but I was never planning to come back to your practice ever again. Attached are also my lab results to prove that I had completely healed from the "condition" he's mentioning. He's trying to find an excuse somewhere to back himself up and stroke his own ego. Ego never wins in business. You should know better than to flaunt yourself in such a disgusting way. This doctor is a vindictive jerk as you can tell by his response to me. I have been getting Botox/dysport for my elevens (between eyebrows), forehead and crows feet for over ten years now, and I have been to multiple places in the city, and Dr. Thomas has by far done the best job. I am not sure how to explain (as I am not a medical professional lol) but he just injects differently and and in different places to make the treatment more efficient, without using more product. On top of this, when I was in, he mentioned that I could probably use some sculptra in my cheeks and temples, which I already knew I needed, and the fact he was able to point out exactly what I already knew I needed help with was very impressive! But he wasn't pushy about getting it done, just gave me his professional opinion on regards to my concerns with my aging face (I'm almost 40). It was my first time getting my lips done and I was super nervous. They made me feel comfortable and confident the entire time ! He takes his time in his work to perfect your lips and it really shows in the end. My lips turned out amazing. He even corrected the left side of my lip as it was lower than the right.
