During the treatment, my…read morelegs were already becoming significantly red, but the technician continued and told me this was "normal for fair skin." Unfortunately, what happened afterward was anything but normal. The photos show the condition of my legs following the treatment. Two days later, I went to urgent care because the reaction was concerning enough that I felt I needed medical attention. I am also seeing a dermatologist in person, at my own expense, because after this experience I am not comfortable relying on the clinic that performed the treatment to evaluate the reaction. I need to see a dermatologist, not a nurse hired by the business or Telehealth. What has made this experience even more disappointing is how the clinic handled the situation afterward. I paid $1,200 for a package of three lower-leg sessions and only received ONE treatment. Obviously, after this reaction, I will not be returning for the remaining sessions. Yet they refunded me only $600--just 50% of what I paid. I was told that I had received a "great deal" and that the treatment was "still effective." I find that response astonishing considering I am now dealing with visible marks that may take a significant amount of time to fade, medical appointments, and restrictions on shaving or waxing the area. At an absolute minimum, I believe a full refund for the package would have been the appropriate response given what happened after the very first session. Even more concerning, the woman I spoke with on the phone suggested that the "underlying causes" of my reaction were worth discussing with a doctor because they could be related to my "lifestyle." I found that comment dismissive and inappropriate, particularly when the reaction occurred during and immediately following their treatment. I understand that adverse reactions can happen with cosmetic procedures. What matters is how a business responds when they do. In my case, I expected concern, accountability, and a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was left seeking medical care on my own while the business kept half of the money I paid for three treatments after I received only one. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. Please be very careful when choosing where to have laser procedures performed, understand the risks beforehand, and consider having procedures with the potential for significant skin reactions performed under appropriate medical supervision.

You can def see there's redlines to where she plucked the hair forcefully in a manner where I started to bleed multiple spots underneath my eyebrow. Yes, I know threading is another way of pulling hair, don't get me wrong. But never in my life i've ever seen these marks with my eyebrows! AND she didn't clean up the whole area, there was still sparseness i went home to pluck myself. Like I said I never had an issue with them, but I will not be coming back.

I have been going to Julia now for at least 5 yrs Plus. She has done wonders for my skin and skin Care regimen. I have learned so much from her and even use the same product line that she carries. Im always getting compliments on my skin and great it looks. I started out doing microdermabrasions then i moved on to VI peels , now I just do photo facials once or twice every month with a microdermabrasion and I do 1 or 2 vampires a year plus some hair lazor treatments when needed. Shes has always been very helpful in many other ways even referreing me to other great people in getting microblading/waxing ect. She is not only great at what she does. She is a very kind, funny, caring, person who takes pride and joy in her work and it truly shows. SkinRN is the absolute best. Julia is the only one I trust with my skin. She loves what she does and it shows in her work. She is extremely knowledgeable and is always continuing her education. I have the utmost confidence in her and I'm always willing to try new treatments because of her education and passion for skin! Some of the treatments we've done are Prp, Micropen, Microdermabrasion and a little Botox. She was gentle and sensitive to how I felt throughout each appointment and I had very very little to no downtime! Julia is absolutely amazing! I have really dark, course hair and I would get razor burn no matter what shaving cream or razor I used. I have had 5 laser hair removal treatments on my under arms, bikini zone, and legs. I no longer have to shave my legs and under arms and I only have a few stubborn hairs left in my bikini area that I have to shave about once to twice a month and no more razor burn. I spend all summer in a bikini and Julia has been a life saver. Her laser even has a cooling option to make the whole process more comfortable.
