This school does not have those winter break, spring break or summer break(Certainly this is quite common in NH). Classroom and playground are quite spacious and clean. And they have a big gym for rainy day and other activities. However, I've noticed a decline lately in the quality of care my kids are getting. I'm not sure why this is the case, but both my wife and I have noticed this. Part of it is, as the kids get older, the personnel they hire for the job to take care of kids that age seems to change. Additionally, I've found them to be quite rigid in policy and have some pretty antiquated bookkeeping/processing. For instance, for every different program you enter (which could be up to 4 or 5 a year) you have to fill out the same paperwork, the same payment options, and then pay a $55 administration fee each time per child. It's a little ridiculous. They have all of this on file already, and doing this for 2 kids, it's a bit much (usually about 8-10 pages of forms which don't change).

I was shown around and saw the playpens folded up and neatly tucked away; Mats for nap time were all organized in a closet, and toys were in toy boxes. I did not see any toys in cribs. I'd also like to point out that given how many children and toys there are, the place was impressively neat and organized. As for the baby room, I thought it was a great set up! It's its own separate room; confined and set up so the person in there can be attentive to all babies. The only reason we did not go with Ms Darlene's was merely because of distance. Even though we were unable to attend I highly recommend Ms Darlene's!
