Session but extended it to 90 minutes because it was exactly what my body needed and long waited for. These days, massage places are everywhere. But this is not your fly by night operation. Felicia was extremely professional, expressed empathy regarding the situation, apologized on behalf of the staff that was rude, and was exactly what someone working in a managerial position should act like. I genuinely hope that Caitlin is retrained and can do better next time. The difference between the two managers was just night and day, and I would gladly work with Felicia again.
