When the power washer was supposed to come, the owner informed us that person's family was impacted by the hurricane that hit North Carolina and would be delayed on that part of the contract. I agreed since that was an act of nature that impacted his worker. Then after a few weeks, I tried calling, texting, emailing multiple times to no response. Eventually I got ahold of him after 2 months and he had said he had COVID and was hospitalized. Now it has been another month since our last contact from the business owner and there has been no further outreach regarding finishing the contract. The screens part of the installation was nice, but our frame still looks like shit since it still hasn't been power washed. I am torn, but due to the continuous lack of communication and not completing the job we contracted, I can't recommend this business at this time.

I hired him thinking he was a contractor, only to discover he was using someone else's license. Then, the attorney I hired said the license he was using was not approved for this. What little work he did when he walked off the job with my $53,000 had to be redone. The new contractor had to redo and tear out. Larry tried laying my floor first before anything else. This should have been my first sign. Floors go in last after the cabinets. The flooring was never laid. Larry then tried to drill holes in the concrete flooring; I said only if you get it approved from my condo board. They said NO, it is post-tension cable. Larry had someone come with an x-ray so he could still drill in between the wires. He had already been to take pictures in the garage. He said no one would know. My second sign. Then he framed the kitchen ceiling; we noticed it was so crocked we took pictures with the measuring tape. It was off. When the new contractor saw what he was using to frame my ceiling, it was for a dropdown ceiling and would not hold drywall. Could you imagine if he had continued and my ceiling falling? i post this to protect anyone else from using him. Do NOT give him any money.
