After the therapist was a no show for an appt, they had the nerve to send us a bill. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

If you have not seen Kim Johnson for a therapy session...I very highly recommend her!!! For years I…read morehave searched for a therapist and never could find the one that just felt right....I saw a commercial on TV about hypnosis therapy for depression and a number of other things that it could treat. After years of suffering with depression and anxiety I thought, "Oh heck...why not....it's worth the shot!!!" So I googled hypnosis therapy and her name came up. I made an appt to see her...after a few appts we finally did the hypnotherapy. Going into it I thought "this isn't going to work. Nothing ever works...she won't be able to get me to relax...etc." I must say after that session I felt great!!!! IT WORKED!!! I was so excited because finally after years of feeling down and out I felt like my old self. I noticed things in my relationship that I hadn't noticed before....the thoughts that bothered me before no longer bothered me. I was finally at peace!!! She is very good. I highly recommend her!!!

I took one of my good friends here with her two small children a couple of days ago. Once we got to…read morethe location they asked us to go to, she called them and told them where she was. My friend had her phone on speaker and they asked if she had a ride. smasher told them yes and she was then told to drive down the street to the facility and they would open the gate. Once she got inside the (white) lady with the bob shoulder len hair was very rude and began telling her she breached contract because she had me drive her to the facility. While on the phone I told the lady I work in local treatment facilities and I've spoken there before. She never said anything. So they finally allowed her to stay. Come to find out... the staff is VERY rude and don't like to be bothered. If you ask a question it's a problem. The facility has running vehicles and do not drive the women to their children's doctors appointment, stores, or job seeking. She was told the vans are for" emregency use only." They provide no child care at all. The women are responsible for finding their own childcare, getting rides to and from appointment, looking for jobs and getting to grocery stores on their own. The next day she asked if I could bring her to the grocery store and to meet here down the street at a place. It wasn't far from the facility and she was kicked out the next day because of where I picked her up at. When she got up the next morning she found ants and roaches crawling inside of her things and the food they offered there is expired since last year. I'm distraught to find out how these people go out into public places to promote this facility....yet they treat the women like trash. How do you expect someone to get on their feet after leaving an abusive situatio, becoming homeless and fearing for their lives. These women are having to take their children and walk EVERYWHERE they go. What if their abuser sees them? I'm so pissed right now. This needs to be dealt with immediately. This place is getting assistance from the state to run it this way is insane!! The staff there are most definitely working for a paycheck only....wheres the compassion... the empathy? We are now currently looking for a place for her and her children to go. If I could rate this place ZERO stars I would....
