Sept 15 scheduled 10;30. No appointment. AS OF TODAY, NO CALL, GUESS BLOOD WORK AND ANNUAL PHYSICAL IN LIMBO 20 PLUS YEARS PATIENT AND TREATED LIKE DIRT. NO PROFESSIONALISM. What am I to do. I am able to see his helpers, like the PA, nurse practitioner, or whoever. It still is hard to get an appointment though. The staff is friendly and professional, but as with most doctor offices, the wait seems to take forever. Bottom line, great treatment, long waits.

Wants me to take a drug test and says "they all say they don't smoke or so drugs" well a hole I don't. I have 9:30 appt get here at 9:25 and I'm beating their staff here and it takes them till 10:10 to get me into the back. And still waiting for a doctor....absolutely the worst place I've been. I travel all over for work and this is by far the worst place. No wonder I've seen all but one other patient here. How can you consistently come here and put up with this...... Had one last visit before I moved to Austin Texas. Did their drug test and blood test. Had an appt for 11:30am. Signed in. Lady came to me and confronted me about my review. She said "that was a very mean review, and hurts the nurse and doctor." So I said well when you provide awful service what do you expect. If this visit is different I'll change my review. She stormed off. That was true. I wasn't very nice at all in my first review. The problem is. I have reviewed maybe 4 places in my 30 years of life. It takes a lot for me to bash a place. So instead of denying me service. I check in, I pay them. I wait. They call me back and the nurse hands me $40 cash my money back and says we won't service you. I need some…read moreimportant paperwork from the dr filled out to be able to go over seas or I would walk out right now!! This isn't the first time I have been out in the waiting room like this. Last time I was here it was over 45 minutes after my apt time that I was seen. Also they are vampires here, need blood every time I turn around. That's not the bad part when the nurse draws blood and yes it's the same lady everytime. She bruises me, hurts me and even one time I barely got up and blood was running down my arm. I advise everyone to find a different dr. Than FOLSOM medical if your in the Beaumont area. Just finished typing this and it's 4:41 and they finally called me back
