We are a second marriage couple, and when we moved in to our last house, we brought all of our furniture and belongings with us. We sorely needed help! Tracy measure and designed 3D floor plans for our living room, dining room and entryway. We were able to move things around on the floor plans that fit us. Tracy was a great listener and redid the plans several times. She then provided resources to order high quality, beautiful furniture to match our taste. She was there on delivery day to make sure every piece landed exactly where it belonged. She guided us through selected cabinetry, hardware and flooring selections. Tracy coordinated and managed all the trade professionals who helped us prepare our previous house like painters, flooring installers and carpet samples and installers. This was critical for us in both houses, as we didn't have these resources ourselves! The thing we appreciated the most from Tracy was her help in aiding us in figuring out what our style was for this new house. We didn't know it ourselves! She was flexible with showing us many furniture and decor items without being overwhelming! We are still working together, and we feel blessed to have her help us design a beautiful yet comfortable home.

I began communicating with them 6/22/26. There were emails back and forth several times, ironing out the details of the materials and work I wanted to have done. I thought it was odd that no one was calling me to discuss the details or to set up an appointment to come to my home to get exact details themselves. I got my first phone call from the company on 7/7/26. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and seemed to be very genuine. I explained I would be on vacation should see reach out and me not respond. She explained that their installers are a third party company and had to work with them to get the quote, but said she had all the information she now needed to get that. I was given the impression that I would have the quote to me by the time I returned from vacation. I did not. A month has now passed since my initial contact with the company. I emailed them 7/27/26 asking about the quote, and the response I received was that they were still waiting on the 3rd party (installers) and the person they were waiting on was on vacation and wouldn't be back for another 2 weeks. At that point I was sure, as I had suspected earlier, that I was being strung along the whole time. I have no respect for people/companies that operate on lies. Just be honest with customers and tell them you don't want the job or you are too busy to get to it. Total disrespect. Everyone's time is valuable. I truly don't know how people can do this to people. Friends that wanted similar work done were waiting to see how things went with mine. I have already begun sharing my experience with those people and others and I will continue to do so. I do NOT recommend this company in any capacity.

Anyone else have trouble at Balls Outlet ?…read more Do not, I repeat do not buy anything from this store. We just purchased a $3,000 leather sofa, love seat, & recliner. It was beautiful, however when we got to the store it was all wrapped in plastic so I didn't really see it. They helped us load it, since my husband had hip surgery. They did drop the love seat as loading, so I am sure this is when it happened. I should have videoed the loading and looked it over real good before pulling out. I guess I am too trusting. Then when we got home before getting it off the trailer we noticed a cut in the leather on the love seat. I immediately called the store and then called or texted 50 times since then for a whole week just getting the run around. Today this was my last message from them; It appears this was done during or after you bought it It also appears to be done when unloading The only think I can do is request you return it but you won't get a full refund since it's something that happened after you had it in your possession Have you spoke to your homeowners insurance or auto insurance since it happened unloading it. I have never dealt with such rude, unprofessional arrogant people!!!!!! It was not done on our end!!!! I tried to give them a review on fb, but how convenient there isn't one.
