Vincent was my wedding videographer on April 2022. I would 1000000% NOT recommend him. Why? Because he took my money and ran. I've sent him countless e-mails and he's only replied to less than half of them. If you want an unprofessional videographer who will take your money, then ghost you after, he's your man. When he does decide to reply, he is just filled with excuses. He did send me some raw footage of my ceremony, cake cutting, first dance, and bouquet toss... but only after I kept bothering him. I still haven't gotten my highlight video (6+ months) or the partial refund he promised me 3+ months ago. I don't even have footage of my first look. And honestly, it means nothing to me, and not worth nearly $1000. They are just recordings from a camera stand. I could've done that for free with a tripod and iPhone. Take a look at his last e-mail, my last e-mail, and a copy of his ridiculous contract. It only covers his own ass, not the customer's. And he can't even abide by his own rule of providing the video in 6 weeks. It is now going on 6+ months. It is devastating. To start this off I would like to thank Jazmin and Vincent for their help and support in materializing everything that we envisioned our wedding to be. I wish I could marry my wife again every weekend just to relive these moments over and over again. We found New Romantix via Glitter and Grace where we noticed they hosted pop-up weddings at a local brewery. At this point we had already picked a ceremony location and had decided that we wanted to do the reception at home to keep the vibe more relaxed and non-traditional. We were overwhelmed trying to plan things ourselves, to say the least. We went to check out the brewery venue (Bad Beat in Henderson, worth a visit) and figured since we were having a relatively small wedding (60 people) we could still host the reception in our home. We reached out to Jazmin and Vincent to see if they would be willing to come check out our space at home and see if they could set up the same type of fun, easy going non-traditional type of reception for us...they said yes, delivered superbly on their commitment, and the rest is history! Jazmin officiated our ceremony (beautifully, by the way). Vincent took all of our engagement and wedding photos and even worked with the non-stop rain on our wedding day. We have some amazing photos out in the rain that are some of our favorites from that day. They coordinated everything at our reception within our budget and I can happily say that we, and all of our guests, had an amazing time. We got married last night, and could not have asked for a better experience. Jazmin's vows were spot on and struck the perfect balance between levity and gravity. We saw a couple of the photos Vince took, and they look beautiful. We asked for a more photojournalistic approach, and Vince was running around taking shots of everything. Not only were they professional, they were friendly and helpful beyond simply officiating and photography. They even made sure we ate something. I would highly recommend using them for your wedding--you can tell they genuinely love love and care about the people they are working with. I was an indecisive bride with no real vision for my ceremony, but knew I wanted to elope in Vegas, not have Elvis present and to get some stellar photos. I reached out to Vincent after stumbling across his stunning photos on social media. He dedicated so much time before the wedding into helping me decide on where to go, what to do, and walked me through suggestions for our small elopement ceremony. Day of, we were late and they took the time to talk to our lost limo driver and spent extra time (past when we had booked them) to make sure we got all of our photos we wanted. Jazmin wrote a very sweet and personalized ceremony for us, and she and Vincent worked seamlessly around the slight disruptions in our ceremony (which was due to our family live stream not the location etc). The New Romantix are a super fun, laid back, professional bunch that were really flexible and eager to make my visions come alive. I asked them to do a photoshoot offsite at the Dry Lake Bed (gorgeous!) where we brought props including a rug, three outfit changes, and our pug and they were like...no problem. I asked them to interview every single one of the guests at our rehearsal dinner and they were like...no problem. I asked them to then compile those interviews into a video I could show the next day to our guests and they were like...no problem. I asked them to do our wedding day photos off site at two locations and they were like...no problem and we can drive you! I asked them to make the wedding video similar to this other video I found online and not like the normal wedding videos and they were like...thats a cool video, no problem. I asked them to help us file the officiant paperwork because my best friend who officiated is flying out the next morning and they were like...no problem. It was like having good friends with the best attitudes who happen to create gorgeous photography. And I did not have to compromise on quality, finding someone with experience, the style, or my budget to get photos we will cherish forever. If you are considering eloping to Vegas DO IT! Our families are on opposite sides of the world so for us it was a good option. New Romantix what can I say other than you two are amazing at what you do! From the first point of contact with Jazmin she made it such an easy stress free process. Jazmin answered my MANY questions promptly & gave us heaps of ideas & options of what we could do. In the end we opted to get wed on our balcony at sunset overlooking the lights of the strip. I got my hair & makeup done at Atomic Lounge & we also hired their caddy which the lovely Jen chauffeured for us. We got the dress & tux from Bridal Elegance, they have some beautiful designer gowns & provided a great service. We didn't know what to expect of the ceremony, we answered a short questionnaire about how we met, what we like to do, etc so it could be personalised. I was blown away with the beautiful words Jazmin put together. She was brilliant. We opted to have the ceremony recorded which I am so glad we did, at least we have that to share with our close friends & family. We also opted for the extra hours photography. The video & photographs were wonderful, Vincent is great at what he does. I cannot rave & praise New Romantix enough for creating such a memorable & fun experience for us.
